On the late mail crew pod they’re saying Best is a must have and just get him in anyway you can!

They also say Drinky is a sell.

I listened to this a couple of times (very painful) and deduced that they are a bunch of dudes who like rugby league but don't have any greater insight into fantasy than anyone on here and know a hell of a lot less about it than quite a few people on here

I've been considering him for mann in the next week or 2 as an almost direct swap cash wise. Just have limited flexibility with my squad make up given I plan on running 4 hookers and still see pearce as a step or 2 below cleary, DCE etc (have moses already)

Undervalued no doubt though and for once the knights pack is really aiming up which helps him. The saifiti boys have gone to another level to add to klem and winning the arm wrestle which the knights have been horrific at in terms of metres gained vs opposition for the last 10 years really

Are you saying Pearce would be a better partner alongside Moses?

Own Moses and was going to bring in Cleary, but Pearce would be nice to save some coin.

I think that flanagan is better than pearce almost 10 more points on av so far and got gk to boost him up as the rounds progress he will get more used to the new team oh and 6k cheaper at this point in time

Pearce's average is massively distorted by -1 in 4 minutes in R3, averages 57 in the other 3 games

As a former Pearce owner, I'd guess he's gonna average low 50s for the rest of the year.
He's under-priced, sure but he's probably slightly below the level of keeper you want in the halves.

Could be a good strategy to pick him up on the cheap and make up the points elsewhere in your squad.

Be warned, his floor-to-ceiling is pretty big. He's not a consistent scorer.

Yeah I still think DCE, Cleary & Moses are well ahead of Pearce, but just pointing out his true average isn't 42
