Dropped the dud coach and let the players go home who'd rather not be there. Add in a few ring-ins coming in with a different mindset and I can see how it's happened. Whether they make the playoffs or not, they've proved a few haters wrong and I'm proud of them for hanging in there.

It is funny that Maumalo and Fusitua were considered 2 of our best players and we have gotten better without them. Not saying their absence is a big reason for it but it is interesting.

Can't agree with Maumalo being a myth. Makes huge metres for a winger most games. There's a reason he won winger of the year.
I can understand people using the term "overrated" but saying he's always been a myth is very harsh considering how well he's played in recent years.
Fus has always been a great finishing winger with great dives in the corner but the rest of the wingers in the competition have caught up to him in that regard now.
If you want wingers living off reputation, look no further than Blake Ferguson.
