Overall mate. We tossed up relegation/promotion quite a few years ago, but seeding purely by the previous year's results proved the least complicated method.

I've been on throughout the last few weekends, but missed a bit of the chat during the week. Are you still ahead of the pack for trades?

lol, how's that for a fluke? And the wildest thing about it is it could have been even more. That's 66 with 10 in the bin. Imagine he'd played the full 80, which seemed to be the intention this week.

Top 100 is still no guarantee of L1.
I can’t remember my exact ranking last year but it was around 120-130 and I made it around half way through L2.
First round of semi’s is the same as in the NRL.

2v3
5v8
6v7.

What was your score mate at this point still pending updates overnight. Did your overall rank in our FOG league go up or down?

If anyone recalls my post about what happened with the Starling captaincy and that my Overall team was my weaker team that I don't spend any time on... that Overall team, with Starling as captain, actually outscored my main H2H team (with Cleary captain) by 47 points or so. Major factor is I don't have Talau in the Overall team so had to play McIntyre in centres.

Anyway, heading into this week, my one Christmas wish is that Averillo is named in the centres. Lost a bit of faith in Hopoate tonight, so if Averillo could just get himself named for the last few rounds, I think I'd be happy to ride him out for the rest of the year. Unless McIntyre plays again, in which case it's him all the way. But I no longer wish to associate with Talua. Lot of folk saying how hard the Tigers draw is from here on in and if he did that this weekend against good opposition, I fear that's not the last time he does it.

Hmm, just had a look at the draw myself. Tigers play the Storm and Bunnies which will be tough. But they also have Manly and Eels, which they could easily win. Doesn't look like too tough a draw to me, but I still don't want to play him again...

Not sure I'm reading the overall rank in the FOG league right as I've never looked before lockout opens, but I think I went from 70 to 60? Result. Thank you, Thomas Starling.

I didn’t see the Knights game, how did Randall look in his 25mins?

Do we reckon he keeps that spot on the bench this week? Or does Hoy go to 6 and Crossland back to the bench and Randall back to jersey 19?

Would be handy for me if Randall keeps his spot, the more green dots I have playing the better.

1 v 4, 2 v 3 etc as per Chucky's post mate.

Last year there were 30 Fanatics in the Top 100, and this year there are 17 at the moment. I would expect that to increase with the way some are storming home. So yeah, even a Top 100 Overall finish doesn't quite guarantee an L1 berth!

I finished 360th last year from memory and just scraped in to L3!

Sold when it was pointed out that he would need 14 days quarantine coming back in to the Broncs bubble. I was assuming he would be out for 3 games based on that, but maybe not. Although they play Thursday so might be touch and go technically.

Sweet as, I like the idea of having a year in the bottom league regardless of previous years ranking to hype up the comp. I know some people threw their toys but I reckon this is the best way to keep it competitive
