Bit of a question... understand if it's too annoying to bother answering.

I was looking solid in my cash H2H but McIntyre's HIA has sadly derailed me a tad. I'm 28 ahead with Pearce and Starling to play. He has Tevaga and (fucking) Wiliame.

On paper, probably still looking alright, but with 2 trades left, is it worth trading Starling out to Bateman tomorrow? I have it in my head that if Starling starts on the bench I'll do it anyway, but even if he starts, is it worth bringing Bateman in instead? How much can one guarantee Bateman outscores Starling?

Unsettling thing to note is that if I hold Starling and he completely tanks I can still move Randall up to play instead. Not exactly peace of mind.

Do I muck around with these two, or just bring in Bateman? Gives me one trade for next week if I am still in a position to need it (which I'll 100% no questions asked have to use on a CTR).

I don't see you losing with those two and 28 points. What were you planning on with the two trades? If nothing, then might as well go for it unless you have plans next week.

Yeah, that's the thing I keep thinking.

I've held Papy, Teddy and Haas and pending a disaster tomorrow I have no real trade plans for next week (apart from needing a solid centre I can rely on which hopefully only needs one trade, though I'll have no bank if I bring in Bateman).

If I could be guaranteed Bateman scores 20+ more than Starling tomorrow I'd do it in a heartbeat. My hesitance is that Starling starts and scores around about the same as Bateman. Even better if Bateman has a quiet match. Obviously nothing in Fantasy is a guarantee (I thought McIntyre was a surefire 30-ish and I could relax tomorrow) so it's hard to wrap my head around what to do.

Yeah, thanks mate. That's how I'm thinking at the moment too. Going to be out for lunch with the kids and extended family tomorrow, so going to need to take a well planned "toilet break" around 1:10pm to make sure I'm across what's happening.

If your main focus this week is winning your h2h, then why not bring in Tevaga instead of Bateman?
There’s no way Wiliame outscores Pearce by 28.

I'm at 10/433 after tonight's games, this has been the absolute week from hell for me, and I've staked everything on Wighton as captain. With my luck he'll get a 30, but with only 16 players and a team that sucks compared to most I've seen, it's a risk I have to take.

I've got Captain Wighton, Tevaga, Lomax, Hunt, Ponga and Randall left to play, praying for a miracle from all of those guys.

Sitting at 10/533 (12/609 with loops added in).

Need to make up a 74 point gap in my H2H, with captain McInness, Lomax, and Tevaga vs captain Ponga and Starling. Not hopeful.

Bloody Lucy went pretty bad with 32. 

I have 6 of 13 players so far having scored 30’s so not the best round for me.

13/596 after loops added for me.
