Just looking at captaincy options, Teddy has been very rocks or diamonds against the Rabbitohs - 3 scores above 90 including an even 100, 6 below 45, and a couple more ~50.

As much as a great clubman Tolman is everything that is wrong with the Bulldogs.
Very predictable boring game style and offers absolutely no impact whatsoever.
Barrett obviously looking to change it up and said see ya later.

I don't get why Manly would want to have Foran?
They'll have both Foran and TTurbo sitting injured on the sidelines at some stage next season

They want him to play hooker too. Imagine him trying to make 40+ tackles a game with his shoulder issues

Moses last 3 against the Tigers: 47, 97, 69. Possibly a sneaky option with a point to prove against his old club and the Eels looking to guarantee top 4 and send a message to show they're still contenders.

If you can get him for cheap, its worth the risk...wouldnt be paying more then 300k but.
Id also have him at the Broncos next year for that amount on a 1 year deal.
Doubt he would go for it but.

On paper Turbo, Foran, DCE, Fainu would be top 3-4 spines in the comp, possibly even the best.
As you say though two of them will spend long chunks injured, Fainu will miss half the comp (minimum), and DCE will be left to shoulder everything again.

I certainly wish I had him in my team going in to this round!

Negatory. Will field 16 at best.

Any good multi's this weekend? So hard to think of one with all these players being rested.

That is HUGE News! Love it.
8. McGuire - Bit of roughness to put of some Blues
9. No Clue
10. Papalii - Big meter eater.
11. Kaufusi - Experienced head.
12. S'ua/Tino - if Fifita isn't fit. S'ua for some damaging defence and Tino for his attack
13. Carrigan - Holds down the middle
14. Utlity
15. Mo - Come on for some middle impact to keep the momentum
16. S'ua/Tino - See above
17. Arrow - Come on for Carrigan to do the same thing
18. Jwal/Collins/Napa - Bit of impact off the bench
Tell ya what. It won't be our forwards that let us down this year...
A few options.
Grant is inexperienced but his potential and dynamic style of play is worth the risk.
Hunt has proven himself a capable Origin level hooker but may be preferred as utility this year.
Friend has been in dreadful form this year but he is the most experienced option with 3 premierships to his name.
There's also Mahoney but I think he brings less to the table than the other options.

Really? We thinking he is going big? Surely Tigers would want to put an effort in for Benji's and CLaw's last game.

Gives me a glimmer of hope, but think you're still favourite in L12.

With all those kick meters and making about 15-20 points from tackles, if he can grab a couple of try assists and even a meaty for himself he could go massive. Be a big win for those ballsy enough. I reckon his base is 55 with potential to banner

He is my trade in for Hunt but not sure if I could captain him. Saying that I'm look at the Neck so probably both just as good as options.

Yep well DCE is my go to I think since don't have both. Could go safe with Haas but at this point I want to try finish top 200 and if it backfires and I drop out of top 300 then so be it!

No problem with decisions like this being made for footballing reasons, but surely he deserves to have a bit more of a fuss made after 220 games than to be lumped in as part of a generic press release which notes the release of 8 players.

Does Storm naming a B team help or hurt McInness?
He seems to make a million tackles regardless (12/17 games above 50 tackles this year, only once below 40). His big problem last week was season low run metres & tackle busts, and season high missed tackles.
Anyone backing him to bounce back?

Yeah I probably will captain him, as I don't have Haas or DCE who I think are the other better options. Still averaging 71 for the year. I don't think one 49 game is a trend.
