A month ago I would of said that but Souths are a much better unit now, in form & are clicking. I still think the Panthers will win but I feel it will be close. One weakness Souths have is the defense of C. Graham which has been pretty average recently so I can see the Panthers hitting the Souths right edge quite a bit.

I am loving everyone saying Souths have next to no chance, keep it coming I say the more pressure on Penrith to win the better.

Haven't heard one person say Souffs are no chance.... in fact most nrl analysts are giving souffs a great chance to win this week

Not on what I’ve heard, many are saying Panthers comfortably and that the Raiders game will be closer.

To me its not ur typical picking a winner situation, if u have watched the Nrl all year and ur able to do that with an unbiased opinion, the Panthers are lengths ahead of the Bunnies. Not bashing, or hating, just what I am seeing. Everyone has a chance in a h2h contest, obviously, but as things are the Panthers will put the whip away at the furlong mark.

Fair comment over entire season. But I reckon just looking at the last month is a different story.

Souths were lucky to get past the Eels... no way they are going to win against the Panthers

I'm putting money on the Panthers. As much as I'd love the Rabbits to win, it's just seems like an almost impossible task.

If I lose my cash and Rabbits somehow win, then I've still gotten something out of it.

I think for these 2 games we have to take into account the rest both the Storm & Panthers had. Even though they will be fresher nothing beats playing every week. I've seen teams in prior years who have had the week off come out & take 10-20 mins to blow out the cobwebs before they get into the game. This is the challenge for both the Panthers & the Storm because if you're not mentally switched on from the start of the game you will lose the momentum.

You can't really compare prior years as there's been byes. This will be 20 weeks straight since R3 for Souths/Raiders and the week's rest is going to be massive

Since 2010 (20 prelim finals) only 6 away teams have won (those without week's rest)

I think Storm/Raiders will be very close if not GP but I think Panthers will blitz Souths

I think we can beat Penrith.

    I think the week off will mess with their momentum, they've lost one of their biggest attacking weapons on the edge, they're the heavy favourites with an inexperienced side and they're coming up against a side with;

    - A 7 time premiership winning coach
    - Premiership winning players
    - The form spine in the comp
    - Nearly 150 points to their name in the past 3 weeks
    - A number of players who are burning from losing the last two prelims
    - A home ground advantage

Put those things together with the cockiness of the Panthers players and supporters and I think we've got a win on our hands.

What happens in the Grand Final, well who knows. All I know is from here on out, we're underdogs.

I'd be taking the C off Cleary, he'll be getting an early shower so he doesn't risk injury. That's how close this game will be
