Rate My Team

Current team, hopefully I can leave it alone for another week.

- Farah/Taylor vs Parcell/AReynolds is something that I will mull over throughout the next few weeks.
- Woods vs Graham... I got Woods in here but I'm 50-50 atm.
- Light 2RF is a worry, as is light HLF
- Mann is someone I am not sure on, but I couldn't afford the 300k players. Mann/Fifita vs Mansour/Burgess is possible.

With Barba being made dpp I've swapped slater for him and it's allowed me to upgrade some nprs.

How do you rate this team?

Hi mate and welcome.  

Massive Captain choices which is excellent.  Quite a few teams are struggling to have 1 genuine Captain choice.

The problem is your depth.  I feel you have tried to get 1 too many guns in at the risk of their scores being counteracted by some unknown rookies that you have to play in your 17.  It could pay off but you are walking into the season with a team that may not all start in Round 1, let alone have a back up plan.

I do not like Barba. Does he get the FB spot and does he hold onto it? Dugan and Teddy aren't worth it at their price. Tapine now highly unlikely to play first grade. Your 3P(Pauli, Passi, Parcell) reserves are only of use of they start and play reasonable minutes. And enjoy the roller coaster that is SJ!

Extremely unlikely.  McInnes will more than likely be on the bench. 

Cook's average is made up of 4 tries in 5 games as well, so he is not going to maintain that average and price.  At this stage he is a trap that will cost you dearly.  Unless he is the only hooker named Rd 1; even then he can't keep that scoring strike rate up.

with the Barba FB option i moved my WFB POD Nightingale for Barba and upgraded Carty for DeBelin/Graham not sure i like the team make up as much and Carty has a higher ceiling

He's said he wants to get contract sorted out before the end of this season which usually takes his mind off the games.

Yeah no, he is likely to be dropped to NSW Cup Side now that he has signed for Canberra. Rumours were he may be released early.
