reserves I'm also not settled on either. I've put Leilua in centres as a POD, potential to go big (read he's looking fit and dropped a few kgs), but if he only gets 15-20 well hopefully the big gun forwards can pick up the slack.

Looks awesome Ad@m... Really strong. Weak in the backs, but supplemented by a team with a mullllion guns in it.

When the Burgess bros return Surgess will go back to Lock. The other two 2RF spots will be occupied between Sutton, Turner & Grevsmuhl. Cook & Mcinnes will also be sharing HKR duties so no room for Carter there.

I like it - centres are always a lottery so I have no problem with going cheap there. I'm someone who always tries to spend as much of the cap as possible but if those are the guns and mid-rangers you want I don't see an obvious place to use the rest of it. I also like to have two super-guns but I suppose Burgess is good enough.

Obviously won't be a beast quality review but I'll throw in my 2cents.
Nothing needs saying about your hookers. 
I'm not convinced on LAM but can see why you have picked him. Leuluai I think will be a trap, there's every chance he could play 20 mins a game and only score 15 coming off the bench. I've downgrded a 2rf to allow having 4 scoring frfs even if one is packer.
I love that 2nd row except for the myth himself MCK I think he's too far down the pecking order to get any meaningful game time even if he does get selected, who you replace him with im not 100%sure on yet as it's a position I haven't sorted in my own team.
Your halves are standard and your wfb is solid but you could well end up with only one of those centres starting in a week or two.
All in all I'm not sure I've been very helpful, sorry mate.

cheers. yea tried to find somewhere to use the cap, mainly in the centres but needed some downgrades in order to properly use it so wasn't worth it. figured it will be nice though for in the first few weeks as it makes it easier to jump onto the surprise cash cows.

nice team. Friend is a nice POD as is Tolman who I think gets a bit overlooked but is the model of consistency. Always planned on having Lafai or has the talk of him today swayed you?

cheers mate. like you I have the same reservations about Leuluai but I feel the same about Packer. With Lawrence being overlooked that meant that the only decent one left was Evans in my opinion and I didn't have the cash to trade up to him.
Good call with MCK. There mainly as a placeholder till I decide later today. Don't like the feel of Bhana, with the rumours he may see time at hooker I am getting a Kodi Niko vibe so want to avoid that and no other obvious cheapies. Plus MCK allows DPP ability with Green and Benry. Fair call with the centres.
The way I see it this year, you either pay the cash for Aubo or you just say fuck it and roll the dice with 3 of that quartet. If Feeney kicks on I can shift Fergo there via Gutherson anyway so hopefully that can be of use.

I didn't realise there was talk about Lafai today - what's that about? I just wanted someone cheap with the potential to make $100-150k with a good run, and he fit the bill

just his name been brought up today. was floating around in a lot of teams at the start of team planning, similar to guys like JTurbo and Mooper, but seemed to get replaced by Aubo and the cheapies. Was a past gun and if he can stay on the park for the season he should be a good shout for a ecent cash rise

I think Dugan moving to centre probably turned people off him, but I'm not too worried about that, especially with how injury-prone he is and his tendency to drift in and out of games. I wouldn't spend much more on Lafai, but he's worth the punt at that price.

That is what you settled on? No touching? I mean... Really?

Honestly the only concern I see is your CTR's Davis could be out next week when McDonald returns from injury. Add to that Auva'a isn't named to start yet. All you need is Green to be bumped and you could be in a troublesome position regarding your CTR's. I would personally dump Auva'a or Davis and pick up another 2RF cow. Whoever you fancy most, as they have better security than Davis/Auva'a.

But that is the only problem with a really stacked team.
