I’d like to retract my slightly whingey post about my score.....did say I hadn’t been paying
that much attention this weekend and was beaten by some good scores is h2h so no perspective. Commiserations to most...back on the pony next week!!!!!

Intending on pissing Starling off asap

Must still only be a few hundred points separating the top 5000. A couple of extra starters across both byes plus a bit of luck could see some quick catch up.

Started making two trades on Tuesday then no trades by Friday then back to two very dodgy trades by Sunday just to field 17.

Hoping about 13000 of the players above me are H2H players

I mean in 2019 I didn’t know anything about this game for the first month and was doing better just on instinct.

They definitely learn way more. It’s not even that we weren’t taught it’s that the little we were taught was often lies. I’m only 38, so not talking that far back either.

A trade is a trade,  but id find it hard to let Burton go if he misses origin

Chammas now reporting on the Twitter that Martin is standby if Frizzell suspended. Maybe Ivan Cleary can be on standby to coach the team

Yeah I'm 43. I think that 5 years or so makes a difference. I was good at school. Social studies in grade seven was still about the wheat crop pioneers and the flax plant and Caroline Chisholm and stuff. Important history to be sure, but I suspect and hope it's different now.

Yeah my schooling was the same. My 7yos and a couple of hours of cultural training at work have taught me more than school about pre-colonial history.
