I have 12 trades left 10k spare and I think I’ll look at 3 trades this week possibly 4 not sure yet.

Breakeven of 17 so he should at the very least not lose cash for a week.

Hi Rabs,
This is not the first time I've seen you increase the font size in one of your posts.
I'm not sure why you do this but it gives the impression that you think your posts are more important than others.
If you've done it by accident, I'm happy to change the font back to normal size for you.

Penrith play on the sunday after origin 3 so I reckon Cleary and Luai back up there but even if they don’t and he plays I personally don’t see the point in holding him for those extra 20-40 points of him at half that week. Would rather take the SJ score in round 17 and also take the SJ scores from now until R18.
I know he has some more cash to eek out but he could post a 20-30 at ctr and stall the cash generation and SJ has a low BE too so that balances out for me

Rabbits, I like the Tohu and Verrils trades. I strongly recommend stopping at two trades this week. Your team looks good for now and there are a few weeks before the bye round. Work out how many bye round players you’ll have and how many you want, also work out how many guns you want to bring in post R17, then see if you have enough trades to cover.
I know you are panicked about the bet but you need to dig your way out with planning and a calm hand. Remember the other guy is burning trades, you can make ground back later.

Thoughts on Thompson vs Haas?
Thompson probably makes more sense for the extra R17 number and no chance of Origin resting, but god it's hard to turn down Haas at that price, even with a slight form slump. Whoever I get probably stays for the year and I miss out on the other one, which also makes me favour Haas.

There's a scenario where I get DiFi, Haas, Turbo, and Verills in and basically have a 17 I'm happy to run home with minus a few luxury upgrades. Am I getting ahead of myself?

Bit of a different direction to the pack. I'm thinking of bringing in Cook this week. Keeper for the rest of the season. Hopefully playing origin is the inspiration he needs to get firing.
Also getting Cleary back in now. I think it was worth the wasted trades to take him out and bring him back. Went from barely top 3000 to top 300 in the last few weeks
