Captain SJ versus Broncos? Roll back those years. Harris safer choice. Maybe Angus but last time I captained him he played like James Maloney.

I could trade out Schuster and A.Kelly for whatever WFB and EDG I can afford, but then I don't want Matto in my 17 which seems stupid. But will I need his 30 as a scoring body this week?

Fuck the Albert Kelly and Schuster situations are incredibly frustrating. What a pickle. Or, if Cleary is actually out for a while I could get dangerous? Very unsure what to do... or which WFB I'd want aside from Ponga, who seems far too risky (and out of my price bracket, I'd assume).

Kelly should be back for 18 mate, and he will start

That's my thinking mate. He's got his future sorted, will be playing with freedom and Broncos are a lock to concede 30+

Only Cleary, TPJ and Walsh out for me. Can field a pretty strong team. Main concern is no WFB cover. Teddy plays first though, so I'll just need to organise a plan if he's a late out whether to just wear it or bring someone in and miss out on my planned trades.

Schuster, Cleary, Walsh, Suallii and TPJ, though selling TPJ so can play a scratchy 17 without late outs.

OK, cool. Thanks for the tip. Matto and Schuster it is then. At a glance I could bring in IPap and either Will Kennedy or Simmonson. Or RTS, but no point in RTS this year, is there?

nrlphysio: Josh Curran & Euan Aitken both returned -ve COVID tests, but being considered close contacts means they are still required to quarantine for 14 days. They will be out the day of the Warriors Rd17 game; but won’t play with the fitness/injury concerns coming out of isolation

Whats the story with all these Bulldogs fullahs out - I havent been able to keep up. Perhaps more to the point, how likely are Manu, Topine, & Doorey to start next week too? Cheers in advance!

Don't take my word for gospel, but just going off how Kelly was playing before the hamystring strain i would deifnitely see him walking back into the halves and being dominant. Gamble was dropped for a reason.

I own RTS but wouldn't be buying him now tbh.

3 red dots before trades with one of them being Aitken leaving me 1 centre. Slightly tempted to go with Chambers this week Verrills next week rather than the other way, but think I'll hold the planned trades and cop a zero

Need to decide which of Verrills/Walker goes into loop with Jones against Storm. Leaning Verrills with a score of 30 bankable over Jones

At this stage looking at Matterson and Lucy out for Tohu and Verrills taking me to 10 for round 17. Next week Jones + X becomes Chambers(or a better cash out if one appears) + AFB. Should hopefully leave me enough cash to grab Fifita and or a Laurie upgrade(Ponga/Papy/Latrell) without too much hassle

Chambers on Staggs this week, hes been piling up the missed tackles since his return. Should be interesting.

Staggs has been fully fit for nearly a month now but has just had to serve his suspension.

I have fond memories of Staggs POD buy in 2019 and ill be tempted again post rnd 17

Harris is the obvious in for me but its not very exciting is it. I hate trading in these high ownership guys when Ive got ground to make up, but i really have no choice at this point

Wow Cleary to SJ nets over 600k. What a game changer this is. Will be great to see a different spread of captains.

Best of health to Cleary the new godmode and GAME ON in the meantime

    Latest on NRL’s COVID situation:

    * Games stay at grounds as scheduled this week, NRL investigating regional venues for Rd 17
    * NSW Cup off for next two weeks
    * Origin III not yet decided with cases popping up around country making it too hard to predict.

A: TPJ to Simo or cop a 0 at WFB this week.
B: TPJ to a MID or EDG so I can move Jones out of the starting 17.

Schuster, Walsh, Pappy and Cleary options for trade 2
