Having a very un-filthlike season. Normally a lot more conservative with trades but have had to push hard starting from so far back (shit start)

None this week ? Or already done ?

Yeah no regrets here. Hanging on Cleary diagnosis.

Can do with another FB this week with Walsh out, so probably going to trade Tedesco back in (not part of the plan, but what do you do?). Will get rid of Lucy for him.

Will probably go Brailey to JMK too.

Cleary can sit for a couple of weeks - if he's confirmed out long-term I'll use him to get Fifita after origin.

It’s Panthers so if it’s not surgery there will be zero info on whether it’s estimated 3 weeks (hold?) or estimated 6 weeks (sell if you have the trades to get him back?)

    Already done.

TPJ & Hynes ---> Fifita and Crichton

May reverse the Hynes trade closer to the game if news changes on Turbo starting.

So assuming they no longer see him as an 80 minute edge player and now firmly a backup half with some of the troops back?

From what Schuster said when the guy asked him he will start & play as a floating half so they assumed he'll start on the edge & play like a 3rd half.

Teddy vs Hynes first up on Thursday night (assuming teddy plays).

Would be an ideal game to have an old school fullback kicking duel ala Dale Shearer and co from the 90s lol!

I'm in the same boat....looks like I'll be forced to bring in a WFB or play 16 (or 15 if Turbo is rested....eek). My problem is I'm not super keen on bringing in Tedesco (with that injury he's carrying), Ponga is a bit too expensive and is just returning from injury, and there really isn't anything close to a rd 17 keeper (RTS...no... Rapana? No... Drinkwater? Mulitalo?). Or could go Latrell or To'o...

    Gah.

Currently ranked in the top 100. This weeks team will be

    Hunt
    Fish, Cheese, Tofu
    Angus, fifita
    Moses, Burton
    Avo, Bird
    Teddy, Hynes, Turbo

    Sj, CHN, Fog, JMK

    Jones, Roberts, Cleary, Walsh

Will wait a week or two on Cleary, with no obvious upgrades needed at this stage.

    Next week, likely to go

Cleary, Hynes, Fog to Pappy, Thompson, Ipap.

Team post rd 17 with 6 trades to go will roughly be

    Hunt
    JFH, Smith, Harris
    Chricton, Fifita
    Moses, Burton
    Avo, Bird
    Teddy, Pappy, Turbo

    iPap, Haas, Sj, CHN

    Thompson, Walsh, Jones, JMK

I guess all these outs at the Bulldogs make JMK a good option, should at least keep up the 80 minutes.
I do worry that their are a few blowouts on the horizon though

JMK seems to one of those trades where you'll feel smart for getting him in, or f'n dumb for getting sucked into two decent scores.

The dogs stink. But, they have to make tackles and kick the ball, its about all you can rely on.

Yeah definitely. I owned him to start last season and he didn’t go above 50 for 10 rounds. He mostly played 80 minutes as well so these 60s definitely weren’t the norm for him.

I also need to bring Burton in I think although it goes against my plans

My original plan was Brailey to Verrills to spread the cash elsewhere, but if Cleary is out that might become redundant.

Tentative plan is still Brailey -> Verrills, Matto -> Jackson/CHN.

Yeah hopefully a more definite result about Cleary is out soon. His money would solve so many issues for my team (and pretty much everyone's)

Just hope the result comes from a good source and not the pessimistic Panthers physio

Using MTBs site and looking at JMK at Hooker playing over 70 mins, his avg seems to be mid 40s. He's not spectacular and Katoa and Deitz will be back at some stage so don't think he's a great buy especially with most running out of trades?

Any suggestions on base price WFB that will play Round 17?

Falakiko Manu named at centre for the Dogs is 228k and wfb ctr. Could someone come in to take his spot for next round?
Kosi for the Warriors is wfb only and 229k.
    Chambers ctr only and 245k.

All 3 seem pretty poor options but I'll need a wfb if Teddy is ruled out and have 13 trades..so if they were going to give me points next week too I might consider trading one of these guys in
