Fine them for breaking stay at home order but NRL needs to put it in perspective. It's OK for these guys to be on a plane together, in a gym together, on a bus together, run opposing sessions together, be in a room 24 hrs before hand singing but not in a house together. They didn't put the competition in jeopardy and all the other media hype that has gone on.
As long as they were by themselves and not inviting other members of the public, then everyone agrees that they aren't actually doing anything riskier than what they are already doing.
But they are in trouble because of the inconsistent rules set by NSW government
I am allowed to go to the park with up to 10 mates (plus however many of the general public are around) but go back to my place afterwards and suddenly only allowed 5 people
Last year around christmas, I could legally go out in public to a crowded restaurant with 20 friends, but could have 2 visitors to my house.
Hopefully the current lockdown is over soon, but whilst its in operation its going to be easier if clubs get everyone to follow the rules, even if they don't always make sense
