I don't think further sanctions, I read that they are under no obligation to sign the statements but doing so would allow them to return to training without isolating for full 14 days (as they would be signing to say that only players were present so haven't broken the bubble).

If they don't sign them then I guess they wouldn't be able to play next week and Dragons wouldn't have enough players so would have to move the match?

Maybe I do turf Bird instead of S Crichton just to be safe

Yeah, might follow the Rabbit and trade Bird. Probably very reactive but can't see the Dragons doing much anyway.
