Will depend who's on the bench. I think the Roosters will line up with him and Guerra starting in the 2RF and playing 80, with a bench hooker. If so I'm sold.

We'll find out this weekend anyways I guess.

Stew was weird & he really pissed me off speaking in the 3rd person. Others will probably disagree but I really liked Henchy.

I'm might put Aubussen in the 2fr if he's named in the 2nd row cause he'll play 80 if he is. L. Brown will join him & I'll have Henry in the ctrs so I can swap them around if I need more punch in the ctrs.

I downvoted this post because "Gades" is horrible and should never be used again.

But there was a couple of offhand comments in Butters team post on weapons. Not sure if that is what PGC is referring to or if there was more elsewhere

He's obviously not in the spreadsheet as he's not playing nrl this season I guess, makes sense. Wanted to know as might give an idea for what grant might score if starting prop, I'd imagine he'd get similar mins.

Galloway is in there. Just chuck his name in the breakdown sheet and all will appear

Averaged 33 points in 46 minutes as a starter last year

wow.... I've always wondered why the breakdown page only had one or 2 names.(duh) Totally didn't realise you could search in that tab.

    Thanks Milch!

Is nene McDonald from the titans a reasonable choice. The dude can break tackles, but he has multiple handling errors in him. The titans will still score some tries and without Roberts I can see hime as the beneficiary, or am I dreaming?

I mentioned the same thing but was roundly laughed at. On reflection think he's worth watching but there's more value in the ctr/wfbs than him.

Anyone else thinking of chucking Michael Jennings in their 17? Priced at $327k. My other centre choices are currently Auva'a, Copley and Henry.

I might start with Jennings. If 2 of the other 3 get regular starts and decent scores, Jennings could be punted early to make way for an early season cash cow. Does anyone else do that? Start with a player you know you might punt early on because you know you'll miss at least one early season cow - would be very rare to catch them all in Week 1.

i considered jennings but i think there are other options that are slightly better (2rf's or cheap ctrs).

if you pick jennings its gotta be pick and stick. if he's hitting 25's in the first couple of weeks you cant go trade raging him.

Maybe your better off with someone who'll be more consistent if your only holding them to downgrade. At least you know they won't drop cash before you downgrade them.

With news JWH is set to be out till round 10 I started digging into the stats of the Roosters pack.

In non injury shortened games JWH averaged 52.5 minutes, Napa averaged 50 minutes, Moa averaged 40 minutes and Evans averaged 27 minutes. Its logical with the JWH injury everyone will just step up into the next slot. So Napa 52.5 minutes, Moa 50 minutes, Evans 40 minutes, Frei(or whoever else is named) 27 minutes. Looked into Moa's fantasy prospects picking up an extra 10 minutes but his average only jumps 3 points in games above 45 minutes. The real interesting choice in that Roosters pack is Kane Evans. He averaged 30.5 in his 27 minutes at a ridiculous 1.132 PPM, as to be expected from a bench prop. However in 2 games JWH was injured early Evans was forced to play extra minutes. In round 4 he played 41 minutes for 37 points at 0.9 PPM. In round 22 he played 43 minutes for 47 points at 1.09 PPM. Priced at just $273,000, Evans could be a nice mid range cow for those who are not convinced about Packer and Lawrence.

didn't realise JWH would be out so long. evans is a beast of a player imo, could be a big year for him (purely footy speaking). if he got the mins consistently he should score well, as you say, has a great PPM.

priced very similarly to tim grant.
