Norman the ELITE POD SUPERSTAR with a 63, imagine not owning him!

857 with 5 players left, this week is gonna be huge for me. Got Fifita, Curran, Walsh, Berry and Schoupp, and am currently sitting at 2805 overall (was at 3724 at the start of the week).

If Curran and Berry can go big tomorrow, then I could potentially threaten the top 2k (about 100 points off the pace and most of them only have 2 or 3 players left compared to my 5)

Bit obsessed with getting in the top 500 this week. I am currently coming 459th with Fogs, Walsh, Fifita, Aitken and Blore to go. I hope it is enough.

Not a Sharks, Broncos or Dragons supporter, but I have to say well done to Jack Bird for getting through this season without a serious injury. He deserved some good luck after a wretched few seasons


Also, cheers for being a good fantasy selection this year

Yeah he's been the one constant in my centre lineup, others have come and gone. I will definitely start with him again next year if there's no good centres, he just gets enough slap-TBs to be worth owning.

I'm paranoid if I will finish in the top 1000.

Currently ranked 1313 but have 98 points to come in from Trindall and Hynes.  I also have 5 players to come.  Fifita, Walsh, Peach, Blore and AFB.  Should be right yeah? Unless Turbo updates to 200, then I'm fucked.

Just hoping I can stay in the top 1k with my 15 this week.

Surely you'll make it with that many players left, a lot of teams can't field anywhere near 17 players.

I reckon you'll be fine, especially since there will be a few in the top 1000 not playing 17. I am playing a guy in a H2H GF in the top 1000 and he only has 14 players. I reckon there are others in his position..

Well now that the footy season is over I think at least the Dragons looked a bit more committed and structured under Hook, although we still play slow as fuck. But until Magic Round we looked a finals team, and then until the BBQ we looked a fringe finals team. After that we were dire.

Looking forward, some deadwood gone (Norman, Duffy et al) and I guess going forward it’s putting faith in the junior Steelers cohort coming through now plus a bunch of old Broncos/Panthers that Hook likes. Ben Hunt to direct them around, maybe switch between half/hooker with Sullivan?

The personal highlight for me is Rava, who I think is better than Sivo and I will fight anyone about that.

He’s also hooked my 5yo on footy, who just wants to play tackles in the back yard and be THE BIG GUY and run headfirst into his older brothers. They are 8yo and absolutely fold him like some c.... and then he cries before doing it again 10 mins later.

Anyway I’m a bit drunk but that’s my Dragons season review TED talk.

Cheers, we'll see, not much I can do now anyway. Having 17 players puts me back on par with a 15 man team though as I'm Turboless.

Holding onto Fogs might be one of the best decisions I have made this year (pending his score tomorrow). Truthfully, it is only because I had to get rid of other guys who are out for the year, but he has proven to be a handy POD the last couple of weeks.

FFS I just looked and thanks to my Manly-less team I’m also ranked in the 9000s after being 6000s this arvo.

Between that and Corey FUCK Norman I haven’t been this sad about footy since maybe the time Storm beat Dragons 70-10.
