Welcome to the Inaugural NRL Fantasy Fanatics Leagues-the new and improved "Sportal Fantasy/DT Threads" and brain child of Random, our forum Godfather. Below are the seeded Leagues ranked on last year’s Sportal Unlimited Group. For those of you who are new to our Leagues, there is a chance you have been placed in a lower tiered league purely based on the requirements of entry. If you are in our Leagues this year and are with us again next year then you will be placed in your earned seeded league. Apologies to the Sportal old heads who missed the first cut off, but we have you in L6 and potentially higher up if we get vacancies

A change to the Leagues structure this year will be that we will be playing from Round 1 and Byes are played. That means some will face each other twice, but means we don’t have to wait till Round 4 to begin the banter. It means there are friendly rivalries from First lockout ALL the way through to the last game!
All, you will receive 2 codes in the next 24 hours. One will be for your respective League, the other will be for the Open League that all must join. Two things to stress, 1) you MUST join both Leagues at the same time; 2) the Open League IS NOT the one you may have joined over the last month or so. That league was a separate entity. The 2 Leagues that you receive codes for MUST be joined at the same time. We can't stress that enough and you may lose your spot if you don't. Sometimes in Open Leagues you don't register straight away after signing up with the code, so if you are worried then go out and back in and you should be in there.
Please do not give the codes to anyone else, and please hop in the Leagues at your earliest convenience. Those of us organising the Leagues will still be focussed on getting them right all the way up till First Lockout so the earlier everyone is in the better. There will be a cut off time (undetermined at this stage) where we will have to scratch anyone who hasn’t joined, without notice, to ENSURE the rest of the League don’t suffer from having an incomplete League. That is, we need reasonable time to find replacements; however, if you have joined by midnight Tuesday then you will be safe. If I have missed anyone from the registration thread please let me know asap.
Lastly, a MASSIVE thank you to everyone who has and will help with the setting up of the Inaugural NRL Fantasy Fanatics Leagues. It is a rewarding task made easier by our wonderful community. Bren and I didn’t request volunteers this year as they came knocking, and those who we have asked for help have all jumped on board without hesitation. I won’t name you as I am that guy who always accidentally leaves someone out! Thankyou all. And enjoy!
