Johnny B Goode wrote:J Bromwich, M Cooper, A Woods or J Graham? I'd always aim to have Bromwich at some point but I don't think he's likely to increase in value, Cooper is DPP and starting at Lock could mean tons of tackles while Woods and Graham are slightly underpriced.

I would add Jack Debelin in that mix. Think he matches Mooper and 40k cheaper. The way I see it if you don't start with Woods you won't be bringing him in with an eye to the byes.
I see Bromwich, Graham, Mooper and Jack Debelin as good bye cover upgrades of you cheapies so can wait. Eg round 8 upgrade Evans and Blaw to 1 of the above and a new rookie. You won't be bringing Woods in.
I have gone Woods because captain, large minutes, always starts well and depleted Tigers pack. Maybe more tackles without Farah and could play 80 if needed.

Gut feeling bro. Plus he is dual position so can be kept as long as necessary to milk the cash by swapping him around where needed. Plus have you seen the size of him? All he needs is more minutes and his PPM means he is money!

If so that is very good news, a bit of tinkering and I can have him in the squad as a NPR and have Barba if named at FB

Jacob Saifiti is a second rower in real life, and it appears he'll be named there for the weekend's game

He doesn't exist in Fantasy yet, but its a safe bet that he'll be 2RF when added.

His twin Daniel his a prop, so I would expect him to only be FRF when added, although FRF/2RF is a possibility.

If we got hit with a surpise lockout right now, I'd end up with both of them in my team.

But I think BLaw represents a safer pick. I think he will play 30-40 minutes off the bench and whilst I have hopes that NAS will also get that, Lawrence is more likely to get it, as long as he is fit.
Surprise lockout sounds like the Fantasy of old. Almost as much fun as surprise sexy time with the missus.

Okay cool. Well I at least have an idea of how my team could look after team lists.

Mole has Nathan Green - listed as a $170k centre - as starting 2rf for Manly. Also says Tom Trbo will start fullback, but not sure how long Stewart out.

    From Renegades (very clever)

    Twas The Night Before TLT

Twas the night before team lists, and my team's looking grouse.

I’ve been ignoring the missus, now I’m in the doghouse.

Which combination of cash cow, mid-ranger or gun,

Will bolster my chance at becoming number one?

Fantasy Gurus nestle back in their deskchairs,

Thoughts of new team lists erect all my neck hairs.

There’s new interchange rules that provide the unknown,

How it affects players minutes is bound to bemoan.

The curse of Aubo continues, or so it would appear.

He’s burnt us before but could this be his year?

Will Granville play 80? Will Cartwright start?

Will Pearce return to break Nikorima’s heart?

Trent Merrin to play in the Panthers front row.

Go with Peats for his byes, or try Segeyaro?

Dugan at Centre, Fergo fullback for the Roosters

Hopefully they’ve both given up Vodka Cruisers.

Agnatius Paasi, Robbie Rochow, Tapine and Sauaso.

All risky mid rangers with the potential to grow.

    Eden, Gutherson, Mitchell or Hunt.

Picking rookie Wing/Fullbacks is always a C……. omplex decision.

Another season upon us, to the top the cream rises.

If only Fantasy would give away better prizes...

Team list Tuesday, wonder what you will have to say?

After tomorrow is done, I will long to C yoU Next Tuesday !!

all these extra 130k players makes me think itd be wise to keep 40k or so in the bank so if after rnd 1 you need to jump on a 130k player you missed it will only cost you one trade. thoughts?

I am very close to putting Mitchell Moses in my team
Does that mean having jniko at hooker? I had the idea of picking moses and having niko at hooker and when moses peaks or when farah is back trade him out for a second gun hooker
