If his debut and Host's role is anything to go by, then about 65 minutes and 30-35 in base, with offloads and TBs adding to that.

From what I saw on debut, he runs hard and gets involved, so I think he's capable of averaging 40+

Long time lurker, first time poster. Appreciate all the content and discussion in here week to week.

Quick question - do we think there is any chance Klemmer plays Origin this year? Fallen out of favour but his current form is hard to ignore.

I think probably yes. They announced earlier in the week that Kiraz had signed a full-time contract for 2023/24. No mention of 2022 but the timing seems too convenient.

Obviously he could Tass it and be out of the team in 2 weeks, but I think all signs point to them being invested in him as a first grader. And I though he looked really lively on debut - good size, explosive. Will probably take awhile to develop defensively.

Welcome aboard. All guesswork - but I think he won't play Origin (even though he probably should)

Too many options this week, I'm not sure which way to go!

Coates is definitely out, and then Tuilagi, Thompson, and Schneider are also on the chopping block.

Some of the scenarios I've been toying around with, roughly in order of how much I like them:

a) Coates + Thompson to Peoples + 724k or under (probably Robson, Cotter, or Aitken).

b) Coates + Tuilagi to Butcher + To'o/Walsh

c) Penisini + Coates to Burton + Butcher

d) Just Coates to Burton, save a trade and have a look at Butcher/Peoples etc, make the move next week.

e) Coates + Thompson to Burton + Peoples + 94k

f) Coates + Schneider to Graham + Robson

Genuinely torn, think they all have some upside.

Usually my thinking is when in doubt go + , so A? But there are so many tempting middies in Butcher, Walsh, To'o, Graham et al!

I just don't see the love for a rookie Bulldogs winger who hasn't even been named and doesn't have a contract for this year.

Hope he goes well, but smells like Cini 2.0 to me. Remember, he scored a 40-odd on debut too and had a negative BE when everyone traded him in!

I really want to trade Randall for Robson but I don't have the cash to do it in one trade so I'd have to trade in someone like Peoples to fund it which could leave me with another potential failed cow.

I think I might lock in Coates to Walsh. Not exactly trading in a gun but he can put up respectable WFB scores and gets me a R13 player.

From there I could go Schneider/Elliott to Butcher. DPP, improves my EDG depth and plays R13 but not a keeper so I'd be using 2 trades on him.

Could go Randall to McInnes. Doesn't improve my EDG depth, leaves me with only 3k AND it means I'd have to play one of Koula, Walters, Davey or Edrick in my 17. BUT it does get me a cut price keeper which is valuable when you've got dud after dud.

Could I please ask for some assistance on this one?

With Iermia on the bench, can see Meaney going to FB, Ieremia wing, and Wishart 14

Freddy is very loyal and when NSW keeps winning, there's little incentive to change the team.

Example, Jurbo has been an absolute slug at club level but he's beloved by Freddy so he'll be there. It'd be difficult to justify Angus or D Saifiti keeping their spots but again they've done the job before and I'd say it's likely Freddy would back them to lift for Origin. Klemmer, Matterson and RCG are certainly putting pressure on the incumbents but based on previous series, NSW rarely make changes unless their hand is forced.

Similar hesitations around Peoples. There's a chance he starts two games and then not much else. I realise everyone wants him to be Host v2 but they aren't the same player?

Its a bit like saying Haas was out last week so Jensen will play the minutes Haas usually does.

Peoples might very well get that role but Rabbits21 hit the nail on the head last night. In round 9 there was no Burgess/Nicholls/(lesser extent) Sele.

Might just do the early Tuilagi to Butcher as one trade.

Move Schneider to 17, if Elliot is over the flu and good to go I can go Schneider to Elliot.
Think that’s the best way to go this week

fyi big ups Corey Jensen. Just gets in and gets the work done. Averaging 160m per game in the last 3 weeks in 40ish mins.

I don't know which player to get in my h2h team for Tuilagi - Butcher or Wade Graham...

Wade is cheaper and has better job security (comes with injury risk obviously)

But Butcher is a gun scorer when he's got the opportunity. Tough decision this one
