Big question now is where is he going and does it effect anyone?

Maybe the Cows for rest of the year? Absoutley no idea obviously, but maybe the Todd Patten connection and the fact Lodge wants to stay in QLD

Agree on this.

I tell my kids the same thing. Its weakness and lazy to blame the ref. If they've missed a tackle, knocked on or taken someone out with a high shot, that's on them, not the ref.

The judiciary is another story...

Will be interesting to see how it plays out. I expect this probably should be his last meaningful contract since he has shown flashes of talent but can't deliver consistently. Probably wants top 2 mid money from each club but should be getting paid in the 4-5 range

Stop over at the Tigers seems obvious since they are definitely a mid short but not sure they have the money to burn

Agree also....I find it a bit tedious across all sports, particularly when it doesn't mean anything in the context of the game. I have felt aggrieved about decisions in the past when they go against my team but you get over it pretty quickly.

I know everyone argues momentum yada yada etc but if you are getting pumped by 24 points you don't have a leg to stand on.

I actually think that technology has ensured that more decisions are correct (from a technical standpoint) than they ever were in the past but people don't know what they want (other than every decision to go their way). When we didn't have tech they called for tech & now we have it it's spoiling the 'spirit of the game'.

It doesn't help when you have a bunch of fuckknuckles* in the media offering expert opinion when they clearly don't know the rules

Not urgent but we might see one of the Kepus start to get a run, one of them has been named on TLT a couple of times.

Probably won't end up seeing the minutes to be relevant though.
