I don't know what Doordash even is but are these vouchers for like 50 bucks or something and how do you qualify?  You seem to get them every week or talk about them each week.

It's a $10 off voucher and you get one for being top 1000 for the round.

I've got them twice, got 65th for the round in round 7 and 758th for the round last week.

I used last week's one last night and it meant I got a large double quarter pounder meal delivered for a total of $6.60

I understand that there is a fair bit to gain by guessing the ‘right’ way each week but… I think that @ynot, among others, has done some pretty informative work on this in previous seasons, and shown that matchups don’t necessarily matter that much, with the possible exception of outside backs (and even then not significantly).

In saying that, trying to pick the winner each week does introduce some extra tension and excitement into the game so each to their own 🤘

Hahaha yep, tbf I’m very much happy to risk and back myself to attempt to pick “correctly” each week

Not seen that working and am very much in the newbie/amateur category so my musings are pure speculation

Either way Hynes smashes 79 tomorrow you heard it head first!!!

Initial trade thoughts are Lolo (if out a while) and Trbo out for Tohu and Keary. Would mean missing out on Kiraz, who does look good for cash but meh Bulldogs outside backs, wouldn't be playing him.

I am also 615/13 with Captain Nicho to come, and also have Lolo and Turbo dead. Twinning!

I am predictably behind most of you weapons at 693/14c

Lolo down and turbo punt a bust, but at least trades will be easy next week. Hoping Walker gets the TA for the Momo try, seemed similar to Cleary's TA for the Luai try. 700 going into tomorrow would feel much nicer!

Good luck tomorrow everyone, especially Hynes captainers!

Generally when I post something like this the exact opposite happens so Hynes is guaranteed for 150 😂

Definitely dropping rank this week, just how much is the real question. 617/12c McInnis, Ilias, Hynes, Starling, and Elliott.

Also, haven’t looked at my two DD vouchers I’ve accumulated this year. I’m assuming you can only use one per order and not both?

One per order I think and it's linked to your Doordash account I'm pretty sure (so if you have a code to give away, the person you give it to would need to make a fresh account if they play fantasy and intend to use their own codes)

Normally i would be upset but the Cowboys being 3rd after 11 rounds offsets that feeling nicely

Need some help here, My bench from 3-6 is

    3. Ilias 4. B.Jones 5. Walters 6 Tuilagi

Since jones didn't play will I get walters score or Tuilagi's since theyre both an edge?

Walters. You’d get Tuiligi if you had Jones starting.

Yep, many tough years, but you don't give up on them, ensures the winning feeling is even better when it happens.

Probably my biggest emotional rollercoaster was 2012 semi against the Roosters. Was absolutely dejected being down 30 nil after 30 minutes, but we clawed back to 30-12 before half time. Then levelled to 30 all before winning the game, at the last minute, before the video ref took it off us. I sat motionless staring at the tv in the dark for like two hours. Going from having no chance, to some chance, to winning, to being out until next year was the worst.

I'll save my dummy spit for those types of games.

Edit: This was 2014, wasn't it?

Bugger off Kent with ya sob story. Try being 5m from Feldt scoring the try in 2015 GF. A part of my soul is still sitting in that seat in Sydney. I was that dejected I walked 12km back to my hotel room after the game lol.
