Burgess and knight there being staggered is the first thing I'll show the lads at school. Their biggest weakness is not getting up as a line and being staggered. @Welshy , any drills and teaching methods you recommend for a great defensive line?

I’ve just started coaching league myself mate so it’s a little different.

In Union and same as league really, is fitness and line speed. Can’t go wrong.

Shuttle Up downs. Don’t come past the 5m as a defensive line, don’t have the kids pushing up too quick and creating holes

mine lot are 14/15, but we have 12/13 and 16/17/18s as well. They're all not great though, but 14/15s are the worst for it
