So family has gone off on holidays except me and the 5yo - expected an outdoor birthday party on Sunday morning to be cancelled but his insane parents have instead moved it to inside their own house, so I’ve stayed back with him so he can go.

So just got the kid a birthday present, get back in the car and the footy comes on the radio. 5yo learns there’s 3 games on today and insists we watch them all. So that’s what we’ve just started doing. This is why he’s my favourite lol
