    Yeah tough scenes indeed. Don’t have any Raiders so might branch out. Will see if anyone pops out at TLT

    Mahoney to Haas would've been delightful but 33k short..

    I wonder if it is worth going Pole down to some other cheapie to enable it.. Leave 2 trades for injuries

    Casualty ward has Cotter due back this week, is that still accurate? Thinking I might do:

    McInness -> Butcher
    Lolo -> Cotter

    Not sure you'd want him first game back from a long hamstring injury, wouldn't be surprised to see limited minutes, I'd give him a game at least.

    Even up top last year when Chris Kennedy & Dom Brock were still involved it was good as a sense check but I have never had any time for any of those 'late mail' guys....it's like a bad FM radio drivetime crew I keep expecting them to play two in a row by 'The Finger'

    As someone pointed out, CK & DB have started a team list review Podcast which is a decent listen

    Surely no one is using these last 4 trades to trade healthy players for healthy players?

    iPap Crichton
    Cleary DCE
    Burton Bird
    Mitchell Tedesco Hynes

    MKing RFM Robson Mam

    I'm using 2 of the 4 extra trades this week, but unless forced by injury these will be my last two.

    Max King and Ramsey to Butcher and Teddy, with 3k to spare. Teddy can't hurt me anymore Very Happy

    Cook
    Ipap, Matto, Elliott
    Angus, Ola
    Cleary, Munster
    Burton, May
    Teddy, Hynes, Latrell

    Moses, Butcher, RFM, Ronnie

    Booth, Koula, Palasia, Vailea

    If you can upgrade Mam in one trade then I'd do that and leave 2 trades

    Wasn’t aware the old NRL teamlist guys were doing a podcast. I still prefer reading shit (old school) but will check it out. Thanks everyone

    For this week Walters out to Murray or Haas my first thoughts

    I can probably upgrade a few other players, but a bit reluctant to move fit players for fit players. Will have to check later.

    Could also do Koula out but would need CTR cover so it’s 2 trades. Unless Vailea can make a comeback!

    Yeah you're probably both right, getting a touch ahead of myself.

    If you’re making genuine upgrade of 10-15 points a week that should offset 50pt upgrade if you were to run out of trades for 1 week IMO

    E.g Ming 50 to Murray 65

    First thoughts are;

    Moses - Ted
    Tolo - Haas
    Barnett/McInnes - Fifita

    Leaves me 2 trades but not sure if they are a bit sideways. Could go Koula to Fifita but leaves no centre cover.

    You also can only challenge calls that result in a structured restart. There was no restart as the game was over, but even if it wasn't full time, the restart was a play-the-ball so not a valid challenge.

    Its clear why they have limits on when challenges can be made, otherwise the game would be stopped all the time (or at least stopped all the time until they get a challenge wrong) to have a look at things, and nobody wants that.

    Teams have gotten around this sometimes by deliberately conceding penalties in order to challenge the previous play - but although they've gotten away with it at times, its not supposed to be something they can do.

    Just seems fairly risky to me. To be fair I’m not overly good at this game it seems so play on to those who know what they are doing.

    Has there been anything concrete on Ponga being given the rest of the season off?
    Just saw a tweet from Toohey discussing Ponga moving to the halves, perhaps it’s looking forward to next season when Milford leaves

    Is Koula to Aitken a big enough bump to go from 7 trades down to 5?

    Would also be going Palasia down to a 220k player.

    TU: Get Aitken
    TD: Hold

    Palasia > Murray leaving 3 trades to cover rested players and or injuries , light on for centre cover but will have to do with Tago and Burton / Koula as cover.
