That's quite a path of destruction left behind Matt Lodge.

Referring to the amount of clubs he's been through, and how the Broncos paid him 1million to leave.

Are we sure Munster is going to play 6? I can see a world where Munster goes to fullback, Grant goes to 6, Cheese plays 9 and Wishart goes to the bench. If that happens he'll lose a lot of his tackling base which will affect his strips. Attacking wise at the back end of the last game he was sniffing round the ruck for an offload so those stats could go up a bit.

With Moses out will iPap's attacking output to come back a bit? That would limit his ceiling

Having said all that I'd probably still be bringing in Munster this week and holding iPap

Munster is a pretty great and heavily involved fullback anyway, if I was getting him, it wouldn't worry me if he was.moving there. And if he does it might only be one match before Meaney is back or Coates/Nofa go there or whatever.

In any event, they tried Grant in the halves earlier in the season and Bellamy said it was a mistake, so if Munster does move it'll probably be just swapping with Wishart into the halves.

Only have 2 trades left after dealing with Cleary, but still going to sell Moses for Teddy even after that 'update'.

Best case scenario he misses 2 matches, which is 40% of the remaining season. I still think they will most likely hold him back until the Round 24 clash vs the Broncos which could decide the top 4 spot. This means he misses 3 matches or 60% of the remaining season

Trying to juggle the players I want to bring in and also not leaving a large amount of unusable bank lying around is quite tough.

If one of the players wasn’t a half then I’d be all good

If I could be confident Trindall stays at 14 for the year then I’d consider just bringing in the two best players I can afford regardless of position.

I mean he might only score 10 points but it’s better than nothing

It's definitely a tough one. I guess the decision comes down to if you held, who is your stop gap, and if you trade, who do you bring in and how many points does it net you across those 2-3 games. I'm still undecided now but leaning towards trading even though my fill in would still be a decent 40 point scorer.

Keen to get a different set of eyes on this. Probably should be doing something simple but my EMGs worry me.

    Grant
    Haas, McInnes, Lolo
    Ipap, Fifita
    DCE, Hughes
    Burton, Bird
    Hynes, Teddy, Dewey

    Cleary, Moses, Harris, Barnett
    Booth, Mbye, Trindall, Matamua

3k in the bank and common sense says do what I can with Cleary and Moses.

Yep as soon as I actually had a bit of a play around with options I was sold when I found it. The 0k was the cherry on top

My trades for this week are Cleary + Hastings to Grant + Mitchell

Wanted Murray or Cook but I really need a hooker and a HLF/WFB because I'm running without active cover for both. Cook + $515k not as good as Grant + Mitchell, so rolling with my suboptimal 17 and hoping for the best.

Holding Moses for now so I can keep my last trade. Looping Wishart + Ilias as 17th man for next 2 weeks, and hoping Moses comes back quickly.

    Cleary -> Haas

    Leaves one trade.

Pretty tempted to do MKing -> Grant which would give me hooker cover and no need to think about trades for the rest of the season.

Like me, you have no hooker cover, and HLF cover involves playing Mbye and shifting Doueihi/Hynes

How many trades left? if its your last 2 maybe getting some cover their is better than outright just best scorers. If you have spare trades then running with no cover is more acceptable.

Cook + Butcher might be best points. But could swap Butcher to someone like Wighton/Brimson if you are worried about positional cover

Haven't been this low on trades at this stage of the season before.....pretty simple equation this week.

Cleary to Munster provides more positional flexibility but given my 18-21 is a shitfight i'm not sure thats essential anyway Evil or Very Mad

Done....now we need a shitposting topic

Sorry Milch, yeah 2 trades left so have to be a bit more selective with who I’m looking at.
Booth is a HOK but yeah not really great cover if something happens to Grant.

I mean technically I have cover for HOK/HLF/CTR/WFB in my 18-21 just not sure any of them score over 30 if needed

May as well blow this last trade. Tempted to get Koroisau instead of Harry Grant. No Cleary, maybe he stays on the park for 80 every week. Has the ability to go big. hmm

Will be joining Aardvark in the shitposting thread.
