Check out BMM's previous second row starts. Has never played more than 55 minutes and all of them have required multiple stints. Cash gen will be slow like Doorey but reliant on offloads and TBs rather than base stats. Hard pass for me

Going back to 2016, longest kick metres I could see was Mitch Moses with 892 in R18 2020

Traded out Hodgson yesterday, because whilst I could see him scoring 45, I didn't think he'd be able to go much higher. And with a try assist and golden point taking him to 45 last night, I don't feel too bad about dropping him (for Loiero, who got the same score for much less money)
I'd probably be happy if I kept him too. Certainly not a bad result.

On the topic of the Carty Party, do we think it'd be worth trading him in next week or has the horse bolted already?

I have 76k bank (56k bank if Klese Haas doesn't get the spot and I put Talau back in) and footystats has Carty going up to about 290k so in theory I could trade my shittiest cheapie to Carty next week in a single trade.

If not much else comes up, I'm certainly considering it.

It's basically just a question of if Matto goes to edge when he comes back or stays middle, since if he's middle only then Carty Party's got a few more games in which to make money.

If Hynes is back next week (and thus Trindall dropped) then I will most likely do it anyway, but we'll see what happens.

Too late imo. I expect Matterson to slot in for him round 4. That is really why I avoided him but in hindsight 3 rounds for Carty was enough to make him worthwhile, probably better than Trindall as a cash grab as we know the exact timeframe for Matto whereas Hynes is so up in the air

Is that Mattnz 1 - 0 common sense for this season? haha

Matt has a history of being a genius for roughly 1 week.

He then blows his wad, heads to the strippers and spends all the cash he imagines he will win in 24 weeks time.

Only it never comes. But he does.

There's only been 1 game. I wouldn't plan too much around Carty (or any 1 player) until you see what else happens this weekend

Quickly threw this lot together and fits under the cap at 9.97m

    Grant
    Hopgood (c), King, Welch
    Carty, Loiero
    Moses, Hughes
    Penisini, Young
    Gutho, Meaney, Warbrick

    NAS, Katoa, Hodgson, Paulo
    Doorey, Lumelume, Garlick, Greig

Comes to a total score of 986 for the week.
There’s probably some small alterations that I missed but the cap is pretty tight lol

No, they just want to take a screenshot of them ranked 1st overall.

Verbal and I did it once a few years ago, and here I am as the number 1 ranked overall team in Fantasy. I think Verbal was ranked 2, I beat him was the important thing
(Don't ask for my final rank)

Also, there's no such thing as a weekly anymore. Its monthly prizes because I guess they don't want to be too generous with the KFC

Had 5 in it so pretty happy with the result. Loiero in the team over Katoa would have been optimal but oh well haha

yeah no real dissappointments in that game, I think everyone on the forum can be happy (unless they didn't select Hopgood)
