Just looking ahead to the Monday and Tuesday games coming up. Any Cat 1 HIA from the eels in Rd 6 will miss the next 2 games, as will any from the Storm or Warriors in Rd 8

Storm have the bye Rd 9, so will be 11 days from Wednesday until their next game on Saturday. Might be alright.

Is it 11days stood down? Or can they play on the 11th day?

A while ago, I went through and checked the scenarios where a cat 1 would miss 2 games and here's what I found (technically Storm and Sharks only miss 1 game bc of bye but 2 weeks)
* A Sharks player in round 16 (misses 17 and 18)
* A Manly player in round 21 (misses 22 and 23)
* A Storm or Warriors player in round 8 (misses round 9 and 10)
* An Eels player in round 6 (misses round 7 and 8 )
* Any Origin player (other than Bulldogs or Eels players) in game 1 (misses 14 and 15)
* Any Origin player in game 2 (misses 17 and 18)
* Any Origin player in game 3 (misses 20 and 21)

Yeah not sure now Warriors with the same timeframe.
It does say a minimum of 11 days, so maybe can't play until the 12th. Exemptions are possible though.
One article says that there's only 3 instances where a player could miss 2 games according to The Rugby League Eyetest (never heard of them and can't find their article).

So I assumed Tariq Sims was injured. He just suited up for the East Tigers today

Interesting. Thanks for posting. The origin players bit could be a massive issue, assuming the independent doctor has the balls to take players off in an origin game.

He was 18th man on Friday night. Not injured. Just over the hill.
Absolutely baffling the man played state of origin in 2022

Seems like the Eyetest guys didn't take origin into consideration and didn't count the possible Storm v Warriors one

Unlike Kikau to stand down for a HIA pre game, would he be the most HIA’d bloke in the league?

Jeez, our Warriors bench is tiny.
Missing Barnett/Tohu, Barnett especially has a good build/size about him

Yeah Origin could be a big problem - especially for guys who've had a few concussions like Murray and Teddy.
Any category 1 concussion in game 1 or 2 basically rules your guy out for 4 weeks straight (13, 14, 15, 16 or 16, 17, 18, 19) or even 5 weeks with the right bye schedule (e.g a cat 1 in game 2 for Muz would make him miss 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20)

It's been very quiet this week. Just one of those weeks where everyone has something on? I know I was out last night.
Hoping for some good games of footy this arvo.

Tohu out means I get BMM's 30+. Thankfully he didn't completely shit the bed this week.
60+ points to come in after the start of the last game.
Trying to see some positives in this season haha.

The Sharks will probably win but I think the wahs will take it to them, at least early on. They won't be the pushovers that the Dragons were.
