Yeah, the talk of Tapine owners wanting to sell him is madness IMO.

Perham has gone from being a joy to own to now being a bit of a concern. BE of 36 this week up against the Sharkies. Can definitely see another 20 coming.

Have the option to bench him for Warbrick up against the Wahs

What bye rounds do we expect Teddy to play?

Do we think he backs up?

Currently with Roosters ladder position I’d expect him to back up for the post Origin rounds (R14, R17, R20)

Thats a good question. With only needing 13 for the big bye rounds do you hold origin players like Teddy, Grant, Haas, Cleary.

I guess the main reason to sell Haas would be to free up cash and strengthen your starting 13.

Is Tofu going to play 80 again? Or will be sit around 60. Also concerned about that knee - they said he aggravated scar tissue? Seems bizzare.

Good analysis JM on Tapine. I've watched most Raiders games, and focussed on Tapine. He looks good still, probably not "looking" to offload as much, but still his immense self.

Cowboys, Eels, Manly and Rabbitohs Origin players are the most important to sell due to bye schedule

Rest are discretionary holds depending on your team because they only miss 1 extra game as byes fall on Origin rounds

He did say in the press conference that he had no issue with the knee at all on the weekend.

I traded him in and then out. Not opposed to trading him back in if he's playing 80... plus he's one of my fav players. Probably can wait another week and see how it plays out.

I think the disquiet comes from the fact that he went so big at the end of last season (and was priced accordingly). A lot of the fantasy pre season hype about Tapine was that he was going to be the leader of the pack and 'take it to the next level' and I think that, while he has been performing pretty well (with no additional minutes mind you), he has failed to match those pre season expectations. I think people were thinking of him as an alternative to players like Haas, Yeo and Murray, which he isn't.

I'm looking to pick him up post rd8 as a MID you can carry through the byes. He is a good player who performs pretty consistently.

I thought he was the chosen one...

Crazy world where you can "downgrade" Miller to Teddy and bank 100k.

Not that I'm advocating such things.

291k with CTR dual would be tasty if so
Stays in that bench role for now. I’m not touching him.

I’m thinking I might just do Carty to Teddy this week and still hold the 4 Storm blokes and not force trades. I can flick two of them next week. I feel your boys will run riot against the Warriors.

They’d both probably be too old to play in 10 years let alone 1 million
