Fair enough I just thought the fact he plays (barring injury) every game from 13 except round 16 until 22 would worth having him for that price

The same reasons he'd become one of their starting props before his injury last year.

I'm super pro Welch though, I'll take Welch over basically any prop except JFH and Haas. I think his defence to start the game, while still having the offload, reliability, and has the big match experience.

Like when the NSW forwards are full energy rearing to go, Welch is the wall I'd want in front of them.

    Think I'll do:

EKatoa, Loiero & HSS -> JDB, DBrown , Bula

Leaves me with the below team when full strength but with 5 guys that I don't really want to play in the 17 so will need to upgrade Alamoti to the likes of Lane or Young next week (will have enough cash in the bank)

    JMK
    Matto Haas JDB
    Preston Fifita
    Cleary SJ
    Null Manu
    Teddy Miller Walsh

    Brown Boyd Ford Sloan
    Granville Alamoti Nikorima Bula

I'm ditching him this week. I think Ponga is going to ruin him, the attack is going to go through Ponga now and he'll probably take the GK too soon enough.

I think Ponga plays origin so he gets some reprieve. But I think the money is going to start dropping, right now I can turn Miller into Teddy or Manu and pocket a good bit of money in the process.

I know he's good for byes, but I reckon he has a low score this week, goes into the bye, money is dropping and people are like fuck wish I ditched him.

Totally be prepared to be wrong but I've sold myself on this narrative and need to back my instinct.

He's nowhere near a top 3 wfb and is over 200k more than Bula who I can cash out to, that's just how I see it anyway

Him missing a string of games just presents an opportunity I guess, I def would've kept if he didn't get knocked out

One more week for me to see if he passes the eye test with Ponga back and how they play, otherwise can flip to Drinkwater for the same bye purpose

I was just removing the C from Hynes in all my teams for this week and putting it on Cleary before I remembered his groin.

And then I remembered his groin strain last week. And that he wasn't kicking goals. Anyone have insider news on if he's kicking this week? Or is it just safer to leave Captain Hynes as is? I hate doing the match-up thing, but hard to ignore Cleary vs Tigers... if he's kicking goals.

I had originally that I was trading Miller to Drinkwater until I realised I could get rid of Warbrick, HSS and Hands for decent players. It’s the cash that I’m worried about too if I don’t plan to keep him.

I’ll give him this week and see if not he can become Teddy or Timoko next week

Miller is a keeper until proven otherwise, it's not like any other WFBs bar Trell have been setting the world on fire.

I have him, Walsh and Teddy as my main three WFBs (with Manu and Bird in the centres), and I don't intend to sell any of them until round 13 at the earliest (if Walsh makes Origin)

Haven’t seen much discussion on Kenny, back to back games of 80 min with 50-odd scores for $499k, could be worth a look if one is seeking something a bit outside the box

I think I’m moving on tatola now. Might be a week early but if he can average 45-50 he’ll make cash and round 13 cover. Any reason not to?

    Looking like:
Katoa to manu a week late
    Warbrick to Bula
    After party to tatola

Gives me 245k for Robson the week after to give me 12 for rd 13 and hopefully sit on trades

Looked at Tatola earlier today and I think it’s definitely a week or two early cash wise. If you need him to play to make a decent 17 then go for it but if not you can let Katoa sit (he isn’t losing any money this week) and have a look again next week

Tatola’s struggled to get through games this year, I’d be wary bringing him early personally
