Have spoken with Penrith and they say Nathan Cleary is in no doubt for Saturday and will play, and nor will there be mass restings.

Also, Tyrone Peachey on why he can rediscover his 2018 best now he is starting again for Penrith. On @AAPSport #NRL

Great to see the forum doing well. Thanks for all of the insights.

Only Hynes feels safe as a Captain this week, even though he is capable of a lowish score. Can only trade DCE or Cleary to do it though. Tough decision. DCE is a gun keeper with two 90s this year, and it feels wrong to sell Cleary, even with a niggle, loss of goal kicking and a rumour floating around that he mightn't play.

DCE to Hynes is currently where I'm at.

I already have 6 halves, don't need a 7th that isnt even named to play and the rest of his team mates are playing in the last game of the round.

Hmm it’s as if I’ve figured it out it’s pretty easy to pick holes in NRL journalist’s writing style

And you just traded in one of these types of players at his peak price and poster boy of the 30/70 club
Though if you want your 60 averages going to need him to go 40/80

I bought Manu last week, but with Tupou injured I'm a bit worried that one more injury to the backs and Manu will *have* to go back to centre. It's not like he's fantasy mud there either, but it's not the same as 5/8th.

Roosters have gone from Tupou/Latrell/Manu/BMoz to Allen/Suaalii/Momirovski/Paulo in the space of a couple of years, smh. So much for the magic cap.

Robson has a career average of 58 in 70+ min hooker games. And the last time he didn't play 70+ mins was R7 last season, over 1 year ago now.

Granville has just scored 38 and 42, which as an owner, seems like his absolute ceiling. The last time he went 50+ was R13 2020

116 average less 80 ceiling does not get you to 10 points difference.

Just some alternative facts for consideration.

Its a similar situation to Eels at the start of the season, Payten plays the guys he can trust.

Take out his last two week scores and he's an awful pick. I'm happy to cop it if he averages 40 moving forward but I don't think a 34 year old utility is the key to the Cowboys success.

Think I've settled on Sipley and Bird in, just need to work out Teddy vs Drinkwater. Drinkwater obviously better for byes, but Teddy is an actual gun.

I think Teddy misses 1 extra round (3 for origin and assume he backs up twice missing 1 more) vs Drinkwater just missing his 3 bye rounds in 15/19/24. That assumes I hold both of them, though I'd probably trade Drinkwater out at some point.

Obviously a lot of guesswork in there, but I'd take Teddy every time in that scenario.

Anyone done the math on those two?
