Thinking in NRL terms not Fantasy.

Roosters are much better with Walker at 6 and Manu in the backline than with Manu at 6 and Corey Allen in the backline.

I think Walker is highly rated enough that they won't banish him to reserves for too long.

Thinking post origin, who are the best 2 centres going to be? Jack Bird looks like 1, and I guess the other could be one of several (Manu included) who end up going on a hot streak of form

Sipley makes little sense to me as a trade in. If he was 250k yeah might be worth a punt. Even still a big risk. At his price, just strange.

I've grabbed him in sportsdeck, because he hasn't played his 3rd game yet, so not too late to get the price change from his first 2 games. Supercoach would be the same
But in Fantasy he makes less sense as a trade-in option.

Do you have Hynes? I feel the only people who would want Cleary to be out is people with Hynes lol

Coach media has assistant Fein pumping up Niko Katoa combo,  doesnt sound like things are changing this week unless he is a massive liar

Very underated player was Fien in my opinion, always enjoyed him at the Warriors/Kiwis

Tigers fans who want to cause an upset and grab a win would be pretty happy to see Cleary out

For Fantasy, non-Cleary owners probably want to see him play, don't do any kicking, and get a veery early shower for a low score to drop his price and hurt the captainers

A few of us started the year with him, looked really good until a few rounds in, scored crap, we all traded him out and then the last two weeks or so he's been going great guns, good buy if you can get him, but just another player who doesn't play the first big bye

Is Null still a decent trade in for the price at centre of course? Looks to have that edge secured and plays 13.

    Might rejig my trades and may have to trade Loiero. Thinking;

    Loiero - Cheese
    CNK - Null

Null and Bird in centres and Manu in the WFB.

Not when Tupou returns to the wing and Allen doesn't need to be played.

Null is solid. Lows of 30, but can push 50. Depends what you're looking for and how your team is set up.

Alternative would be higher prices: Aitken and maybe Herbie. Lesser would be a gamble such as Lomax.

You just have to look at last night as to why I’d go Hynes….
He destroyed the Cows, wins the Paul Green medal, then pays his respects to the Green family and all those who loved him.
Then gifts his game jersey and medal to Greens kids.
Just so much class, he’s well spoken, respectful, skilled and of course handsome Beating Heart
If you want a culture to build your team around and for someone everyone can look up to it’s this guy.

    RE: Nanai ban

I jumped on Facebook and seems a lot are against the lengthy ban. I thought it was pretty clear cut last night on that one. Nanai half missed the tackle and then swung himself around to drop on Uele's legs. Was a rubbish attempt by Nanai and imo deserves the ban.

I don't think it was that bad, the injury will have heavily swayed the outcome.

I know Manu is good for your Fantasy team at 6. But in real life he is not the best option for the Roosters. They should be hoping thaty Sam Walker can fix whatever deficiency in his game saw him demoted, because otherwise they are going to struggle in the long term

It wasn’t good, but even as an avid watcher I can’t distinguish why that was 4, mam was one, Hopgood was none, dale was 4, murray didn’t get charged etc

Mams was the exact textbook definition of a hipdrop , because he weighs less and doesn’t injure him he gets less? Haas injured RCG for the longest should he get more?

Either way I just let them sort it out, must be infuriating for administrators of clubs the lottery that is judiciary

I disagree tbh - I'd argue Munster & Manu and somewhat the same player, both runners of the ball, both crab across the field looking for an opportunity and both can set up tries

Only difference I can think of is Munster can kick, where as Manu would attract an extra defender more than Munster I'd say to stop the offload/line break

That's a fair point. It's hard to distinguish. I am happy with the Nanai one because he was beat and then lazy, and then made the active choice to swing around. Just overall lazy imo and that's the shit that needs to be cut out.

The Mam one was definitely by choice. It wasn't lazy as it was big v small man, but it was definitely a decision actively made to do it. I think Mam was lucky with 1, probably deserved minimum 2.
