It will pull EMG 5 and EMG 6 if you have two interchange spots as red dots, you can have up to four loops in fantasy (unlike SC or VSDT where you can only have one emergency)

The Paul Carter award used to have its own thread and someone used to put a fair bit of time into a weekly winner.
