I might be the only one here with Hands still in the team. I have traded Alamoti to Cook and wasn’t going to use Hands’ score. But with a half playable score from Hands, I’m thinking of reversing the trade to Cook save the trade. It would set me up for the other bye rounds better. Any thoughts?

as long as it wasn't a material variance it should be ok.

    Forgot captains.

Should divide by 18 and multiply by 14 study

If you want to do it that way, you should divide by 18 and multiple by 14 (because captain scores twice)

Then to get more complex start accounting for not having the 6 highest averaging players available, and having to play dregs, or less than 13 players

Would you like 29 points + a trade + $300k. Or spend a trade and $300k to gain maybe 20ish points?

Unless you think Cook is going to be superb tonight and over the next month, its probably better to wait

Just looking at yaffs, there's a team in the top 1000 who are currently 17/2 (katoa + Te Whare)
and only have SJ to come in

That's doing it tough, Guess they are a H2H team who just has a good rank and aren't killing their team for byes

I thought about that when I saw a small handful with Hynes/Cleary still as captain in the top 1000, just H2H players I guess. I would think if you're not trading with byes in mind its a little easier to just trade towards an all gun team too, so in theory you might rank higher.. until byes.

I guess that's why you don't get a true reflection of the actual top ranked overall users until after Origin, although that too can be slightly misleading due to those that spend all their trades in the bye period leaving none for the run home.

Hopefully I can give that a nudge. 540 with SJ (c), Ponga and Tapine to play

    Drinkwater - 75
    Robson - 71
    debelin - 63 (c)
    Hopgood - 60
    Stone - 38
    Bird - 37

No complaints so far at 400+ from that lot! Horsburgh, Crossland and Ponga to go as well as Metcalf who I hope kills it in his debut for the club.

In cut to 19, Arthur replaces Tuipolotu on the bench (out of the 19).

Mann still in the 19 in reserves.

    Warriors and Broncos 1-17.

I really don't think this is going to be the easy win some are predicting for the Warriors.
Rocco Berry and Adam Pompey are not at the level of Farnworth and Staggs. Edges could be a weak spot for us.

    Hope to be proven wrong!

350/6. Only 5 to go. Tapine, Horse, SJ, Cook and Ford. Going to drop ranks this week I think. Blimey! My team is set and with no players tomorrow won't be looking at the app til Sunday night. Better for my sanity if I don't look tonight through the games.

I'm tracking about the same as you at 285/5c, if Harris can manage a 65.

I have Harris, Tapine, SJ, Cook, Horse, and Ponga to come.

I reckon Hopgood should be in the Keeper category (particularly if you're counting Horse). Being available at edge makes Hopgood more valuable IMO

    I've got:

11 players that are "keepers" atm
Haas, Carrigan, Horse, Tohu, Hopgood, Bateman (hopefully) Cleary, Hynes, SJ, Bird, Manu

    - 4 borderline keepers
Boyd, Bula, Ponga, Koula (as a safe-ish WFB/CTR backup)

    - 2 cows
    Luki, Couchman

And 4 that I want the fuck out of my team ASAP
    Woolford, Miller, iKatoa, Burbo
