Likewise. 5/309c, with SJ, Ford, Cook, Tatola, Horse, and Ponga to come.

Only having Hopgood in last night's fantasy score-a-thon was a killer. But every week I tell myself not to look at ranks mid-round (and naturally, then just ignore myself).

    I've got:

11 players that are "keepers" atm
Haas, Carrigan, Horse, Tohu, Hopgood, Bateman (hopefully) Cleary, Hynes, SJ, Bird, Manu

    - 4 borderline keepers
Boyd, Bula, Ponga, Koula (as a safe-ish WFB/CTR backup)

    - 2 cows
    Luki, Couchman

And 4 that I want the fuck out of my team ASAP
    Woolford, Miller, iKatoa, Burbo

Nice work. I agree that Hopgood is 100% a keeper, and given how shit WFB is I would almost class Bula as one too.

As for my team, I have:

11 keepers not counting Haas who I plan to sell next week: Robson, JDB, Hopgood, Fifita, Hynes, Cleary, SJ, Lemuelu, Bird, Manu, Walsh

    1 borderline keeper: Bula

7 cash cows: Tatola, Ford, Russell, Billy Smith, H Edwards, Oloapu, S Fainu

1 guy that I want out of my team ASAP: IKat

The plan next week is to trade Ikat and Haas to Liddle (cash cow and cover for Robson's byes) and D Edwards, and potentially also Ford to Bateman (though I may delay that trade if Ford goes well tonight). This would leave me with 13 keepers, 1 borderline and 7 cows.

If Robson is a keeper can I class JMK as one? Not as up and down as Robson but similar average

I think you can, basically I class Grant, Robson, Cook and JMK as the four keepers at hooker. Tanah Boyd is borderline and Koroisau/Mahoney are a level below them.

In my team's case, I'm planning to buy Grant after Origin if I can do it (hopefully Liddle makes enough money to make that easy)

I mean I could make an argument for 14 keepers, some are borderline but they are.

Keepers: JMK, Horse, Tohu, Hopgood, Cleary, Hynes, SJ, Bird, Lemmy, Manu, Teddy, Carrigan, Bula and Ponga.

    Fringe: Preston, Loiero, Boyd, Perham

    Cows: Sele, Niko, Oloapu

Defining a keeper is always tricky. Eg is Tapine? He might be. He might not be.

I'm looking reasonably ok, main issue is just not having Hynes and Fifita.

Keepers: Cook Haas Carrigan Harris Horse Tapine Hopgood Cleary SJ Bird Lemu Manu Tedesco Walsh
(included guys who are a bit borderline but can even stay long term)

    Potential: Bula Ponga

Useful: Preston Carty - hopefully get a solid month or more out of these guys from here.

Cashies: Niko (slowing), Oloapu (gaining momentum  bounce )

    Dead: Burbo

Apologies in advance if this has been beaten to death already. I have Grant in my starting hooker position, however with him not playing will I get Granville’s score who is sitting at #1 on my Interchange bench? Churr

Yeah you would get Granville's score if there's no hookers ranked above him on your bench, which there aren't.

Which players are out there that everyone will be targeting for their final teams? For me the guys I'm really interested in securing are:

    Hynes
    Fifita
    iPap
    Cook
Turbo (if demonstrates health throughout origin)

Other than those 4/5 I actually am pretty content with my team (despite having a mediocre rank). Guess the main focus for now will be navigating the bye rounds, picking up all genuine cash cows, and picking up some fallen guns (thinking Angus, Brimson, Lane, Ofa, Cook, etc depending on form/price).

      Current date/time is Sat Nov 23, 2024 6:03 pm
