Without going into it I traded Miller round 9 for Horsburgh, HTF round 10 for Bula
When you are struggling to even pick them in your 13 or you have to loop them on your bench then its time to get off
They don't have years of pedigree or stats to back them up so can you trust they maintain their current run
As long as you spend their money well then you can't regret it

Unless their name is Averillo (last year) haha

If you look at Booze's team (sorry abou ttalking to you in the third person) He hasn't really made any moves that weren't made. or considered by many/most on here

Probably the only players who you'd think are a "POD" would be Moses/Gutherson who aren't highly owned around here. Maybe CNK who he just got back as someone who was highly owned but most have ditched due to injury.

What sets his team apart is that he manages to time his trades exceptionally well. prime example ditching Lachlan miller at the perfect time. And its not just this year, he is quite often at/near the top. Booze seems to have a great sense of knowing when to cash out and when to move on someone.

So when someone says "trust your gut". Fuck that, trust booze's gut, because its better than yours.

Turpin feels like a Host pick. Makes logical sense in terms of byes and role with cheese out, but do you really want to open the app and see Turpin in your team

Holy sideways trades, Batman! It’s almost as if you stepped into my brain. I’m trying to rid my team of Host, but with $188k, it almost seems impossible. After fiddling around for a bit of time, I came across the idea of if I want this player(maybe a week too soon?) to get rid of Host, I’m going to have to cut somebody earlier than I had planned. I put in Kniko to Turpin & Host to Bateman and $24K.

I went back some time later and was(still am) questioning this. I made up a bit of ground last week, but part of me feels to maintain some sort of momentum, this is what’s best to do. I know what I’m going to get from Sele and really hoping Luki doesn’t have the shit score he is due or has a limited role or whatever.

Maintaining momentum not the right choice of words. Maybe, not losing too much of the ground I had previously gained??.

Haha but nothing to see here, I make the same trades everyone else

Just noticed Penrith and St George is the last game of the round. Not sure how I feel about waiting all weekend for captain Cleary post-Origin (or the 'safer' pick of JDB for that matter).

Foran out for the next couple (plus the R16 bye obviously) by the looks of things.
