R3 Trade Poll

Pretty sure we want Luki and Wong out, that gives us $1121k, exactly enough for TMay + Curran

But with no Kris we need to trade in a WFB or play with 16
Nobody suggested a WFB in the trade thread so just chucked a bunch of names out there.

I think with WFB, do we want a stop gap cheap solution, a gun/season keeper or someone who we can use as a stepping stone to someone like Ponga if they drop a bit more in price.

And which of those would Cobbo fit into/ Is he a keeper, or would we switch to ponga in a few weeks if their price converges?

Another option is just grab anyone and bring Jayden Campbell in when he's fit

What would it take for Haas to be a tradeout instead?

If he just misses this week, and then back to usual service, then he's a hold. But if the knee impacts him for a few weeks (either missing games or lower minutes/workload) then maybe he is a sell.

Any thoughts?

Think WFB is a must,

Papy has a bye next week so with Kris out this week and Papy next it’s really 2 weeks of non coverage.

No good cows to pick from - don’t think Tuaupiki makes enough cash to justify two trades and Campbell not guaranteed to return next week (and not playing this week) rules him and Kini out too.

To conserve trades I’d look at a final 17 player which I think for chasing overall is Whirlwind. The other options are getting cheaper (Ponga) or will play too many Origin games (Tedesco, Walsh, Turbo).

Only leaves 485k though so that’s Fine as the other trade…..

Think none of the other players are worth only playing with 16 (and knowing we have the same issue next week. If people really want Bodyslam then I’d vote for Tuaupiki as the second trade. Best option sub 550k.

Based on our squad balance and some of the players we want even 1 week would be a trade for me.

His cash this week would be huge and the excess facilitates upgrades for Hutch, Rapana and Tupouniua who I think won’t be here too long.

If he missed the week there’d be a high risk of managing his workload as we are trying to generate a larger team value

I voted to get Curran and May, but with the Haas news, I'd probably trade haas out instead of Wong.
