That hurt.
I mean, if we go by last years averages we might as well look at the projected scores whilst we are there... in which case i did you a huge favour! I reckon that trade was about 3-5 points in my favour, maybe. Although It's now Friday arvo and I'm a couple of pints down, so I'll concede defeat for now. What about if I throw in Kapow and you add DSaif and we make it a 3 man trade?

Isn't the waiver priority round the wrong way? Why does B/L get first pick in the draft and waiver wire? Shouldn't QS be first on waivers?

Thats what it looks like it is - but not what it should be. It should be reverse of the draft order, not a continuation of the draft.

True because the next pick would be a back to back for the first pick. Should def go to pick 8 in the draftryno_ wrote:

It should go to #8 just because its a massive advantage to have first pick of both the player pool and the waiver pool, regardless of whatever happens in the last round of the draft.
But yeah - theres a bunch of good reasons.

Will wait until the draft has finished and see if it changes. If not I'll email Ultimate League and ask them about it / to change it. You are right. Quicksand should be first in the waivers after the draft has finished and B/L should be last.

So I went to bed because I thought everyone else was offline for the night. Wake up and there is only 3 hours left on my pick. Guess I'm that bloke...

CLAW is worthless to me mate wouldn't start over Bird, Jennings or Hymel Hunt and have Hayne over Munster unless he moves back to FB, Taupau is nice and above DSaifiti! BJ probably a no goArcher wrote:

Now you understand why not many trades are made. Everyone has their own personal opinion on the players hence why they select them in the draft. I have found in the past that when trading everyone is looking to get the upper hand in the draft (you would be stupid to trade for less) so finding the right balance and a fair draft trade is sometimes extremely hard. Or you could make a tactical move such as quicksand and hoard hookers and force those without a quality hooker to trade so they have a decent point scorer in that position.

Can you edit any aspects of the draft now?
If we can get everyone to agree (less those not participating) it shouldn't be an issue to rescue the timeframe or something. I.e. Cut the time to pick down to three hours so we can get more than a couple of picks per day.

Re: Ultimate Footy
I'm fine with making the time less than 12 hours, but you have the whole night time period where if it's 3 hours, it might screw with people that always make sure they get online for their pick. If you get what I'm saying.
