Since our inception the only part we have played in the mid-season player transfer market is to bleed players to make the salary cap regardless of their potential. For the first time ever we are involved in mid-season signing talks. It may seem small but this is what professional sport teams do to fill unexpected holes due to injury, poor performance or in the fucked up contract world of the NRL someone who you know is leaving the club in 8 months. Put in perspective this is bigger than the big 4.

Reynolds ah? Might be alright but I would have preferred to give Cronk a blank cheque for at least 1 year to guide Brooks. It probably means no TMM but that suits just fine, I don't think brooks needs another kid to play alongside, at least J Rey brings some experience I suppose. TMM isn't setting the Penrith attack on fire and they have a good forward pack

I'm glad no TMM. I have the same concern as Griff. He's a featherweight and we struggle to cover Brooks in defense, we don't need 2.

Just on recruitment, Matulino has officially signed and has been announced meaning he must of signed 10 days ago when we were still trying to get Woodsy's signature, because it hasn't even been a week since the Woods offer was withdrawn.

Me too but he is a Panther until the end of 2018 according to Zero Tackle. MWZ can't make 1st Grade so why would he be a 1st Grader at the Tigers, we already have too many like that now. If JT was still the Coach then he would fit right in, mediocracy was the norm then.
