    Cam brailey
    Kaufusi, Wallace, McGuire, leota
Jdb, Surgess, SMat, KBrom, Siro, Yates
    Norman, Cleary, Elgey, Fogerty
    Walker, RJennings, Kelly, Idris
    RTS, Cotric, Suli, Abbey, Hayne

Bugger all cash so am currently thinking:
    Jayne to Slater
    Elegy to Jacks

Sound ok? Hoping from here on I can focus on upgrades.

Slater looked super keen to get hands on ball. He made a huge amount of errors, not just fantasy related, but just being rusty in reads. I am just putting that down to first game back nervousness, he sorts that out quick and he is away
He scored 28 points in 52mins doing really nothing ....?...?. he also got -8 points in errors etc.

Absolutely in my team for $217k. Easiest trade in I have done all year

Cannot sit on Siro. Will not abide it. Also I need to grab a new WFB so I don't have to play Abbey and I have no cash. Surprisingly, all my other middies are generating cash. but Siro is stunted. He is the only sellable player I have and much like the Tigers, I am only too eager to show him the door. He was already becoming either AFB or Capewell, and I was having a hard time wrestling that decision. Crichton has only made things more complicated.

Hey Pookus, you read my mind. I'm thinking of trading Idris to Ponga and Siro to one of AFB/Chricton/Capewell but it's doing my head in. Think AFB will average 38+ and make $100K but has shit byes and may not get the 40 mins he needs.

Chricton if starting with 80 mins could go well and good byes. Capewell will score the least but is guaranteed to make money, good byes but job security.

Leaning to Chricton, guaranteed to score well this week. 1 injury just about anywhere in the team and he is probably the 1 to benefit. A prop, Surgess moves. Backrower, straight swap. Half, Sutton to half, he is in. Centre/Fullback, can play centre, or walker moves and everyone shuffles.

How does everyone rate Vaughans keeper status?

I am thinking of trading out Gallen to someone around the $400k mark to bring up the cash for McInnes next week. Any thoughts?

I don't trust Vaughan to maintain that wild average over a season, that is Fifita esque scoring in 45/50 minutes and I don't think it's sustainable

If he ranges between Rd1 and Rd2 scores is he a keeper?

If downgrading Gallen go whitehead or JBrom, shed load of extra cash for similar scores

I traded in Crichton last week and a bit soft with his 27 but expect him to go good this week as he is starting with Gurgess out. Some big money to be made with good performances.

Also hopeful Tapine is cleared to played this week, I have held him through injury since round one as if he's going to score 45+ ever week he is pretty much a keeper at mid-range money.

    My WFBs are a mess, I messed up my structure at the start of the year and stacked my centers with Cotric, Suli, Tturbo, leaving RTS and Hayne in WFB along with some 138k nprs only to find every single one of them has been injured. No money in the bank and no wfb DPPs to shuffle makes it a disgrace to look at. Can I have some help with this;

    Leilua Tturbo (Cotric, Suli)
    RTS, (Hayne, Phythian, Edwards, Fogerty)

Do I trade Phythian to a cheap Center like Lawton or Idris and get Tturbo into the Wfb
Or do I trade Phythian to Abbey and Fogerty to Montoya

Hayne and Pythian to Slater/Ponga but if you don't have the cash go Hayne to Ponga and Pythian to Capewell via Turbo and Smat??

Hard to say without seeing your whole team.

Looks as though the flavour of the week is Ponga, Slater, Chricton, AFB, Capewell, Jacks in terms of cheapies.

Can afford to do slater/Ponga but hasn't Ponga only got one game left in him before Coote comes back?

I'm thinking of going Siro to Crichton this week to get some more cash. The job security is a risk of course but if he scores well and keeps making money then that might ultimately benefit me for the sake of a few lost points for a few weeks.

I was set on getting Whitehead but with Brailey on the way out and a dilemma in the CTR's to fix I think I'll have to put a hold on that one.

Here's why I won't be trading Sironen just yet:

    2016 : Avg Pts 27.4 Avg Mins: 51.3 Avg PPM : 0.53

    2017 : Expected Mins 80 - Expected Avg (0.53 * 80) = 42

Even if his PPM drops slightly he should still be a high 30s player which will see him peak around $350K.

Are people trading him out based on 1 poor performance? Or do they not have anyone else to trade and they urgently need the cash now..

A reliable downgrade option for Siro isn't there, so I'll hold him this week and hope he busts out a good score to lower his b/e.

My only trade this week is Suli -> Slater.

Ergh. Went away for the weekend and copped Stone's AE 12 instead of keeping up to speed and benching ET for Yates. Not to mention having Norman and RTS on the pine. Dropped from 800 or so to outside the top 2000. Bah.

Without a coach in place ET is going to get 60 minutes again as they just stick to original game plane and what the players know until someone takes over right?

I didn't see Brad abbey play in the end. I know everyone was underwhelmed with the rookie backs at the weekend but I have an upgrade/downgrade scenario and in the market at his price range. Can't afford Ponga unfortunately but Abbeys time in the side might be a Tick longer anyway

The only perceived weakness is that your wfb's are a bit thin with Uate, Suli, Cotric & R. Jennings. I'm sure you're on to it though & have a valid reason for structuring your team like this but you probably have too many cash cows there. But if they all come off & generate a lot of cash then you're on to a winner.

cheers White Lightning....yeah im a bit thin there. im hopeful i can get some cash form a few of those cows, but hopefully not at too much of a cost points wise. only got 715 points last week with my wfb/ctr avg 17 pts combined. Ill roll with RTS, Uate as definates in the wfb position (got to now decide between RJenn ,Suli or Crotic)

how did Ryan Simpkins go last week for Titans? he's named on bench again and might be a good cheapie forward option
