I have few too many possible players to loophole this round, so I'm going to (C) Mannering and be done with it

    Happy birthday Random!

Alright I'm probably wrong, but I just feel like Mannering will score "low" this week. I'm fully expecting the Warriors to turn up this week, wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if they put 20 on the Panthers, especially with no Moylan. Less Defensive work, less points for Mannering. Unless he gets a try, I can see him scoring low 40's.

    Just a hunch, probably wrong.

I've been burned almost consecutively by Surgess, Lolo and Taupau as Captain so whoever I pick will likely score sub-50

I'm still in depression but thought I'd pop in to say happy birthday Random you old fart. Also, it would be great if Fifita was out, Moylan too and, if he feels like taking the week off, Teddy. I don't have JDB, but he will go huge this week after another week in Origin camp. I wish he'd played. I said a couple of years ago he would play origin and tests and a few people chuckled. Watch him go now.

Non teddy owner, but an MWZ owner wondering the likelihood of teddy resting and therefore MWZ getting the late call up.

I've got 17 to play, and looking to hold the SJ / Lolo loophole but wondering if MWZ is going to get a late callup.

    Thoughts?

I agree with this. If NSW are looking for something that would replicate QLDs origin "grit", then look no further than JDB, Klemmer, JTrbo as part of your starting pack.

Wacko tweeted that Teddy should be pretty much right to back up. Not sure if it means anything or just what he reckons after watching the game. No point in him backing up really besides fantasy purposes. No chance of making the finals and Teddy not there next year.

When was the last time Mannering scored low 40s playing 80 minutes? Even if NZ blow Penrith away (which I can't see happening) he gets 100+ metres plus offloads etc. He's not Elijah Taylor.

Yeah frustrating news, in two minds whether to down grade, up grade or just leave him be as a 18th 19th reserve.

    A. Crichton, P. Gallen, J. Taumalolo, (J. De Belin)R, E. Marsters AE

You should absolutely be able to loophole this week. Just swap Crichton with Marsters and boom, Crichton is your AE.

As long as you captain a second rower to swap out with Masters it should work just fine. Marsters then becomes a starting player and your captain becomes your AE with 4 reserves of JDB Fui RTs and Walker
