Any of those outside the 17 that should be in?

Semi could be worth a punt, he's in hot form. He will be up against Moga and Kahu, could do some damage.

Leilua had a one off season last year. The whole Raiders team did. They had one of the shortest premiership windows in history and they were an Edrick Lee away from a grand final.

He's been down on last year, sure. But that was a fucking good patch of form - not many players will ever hit those marks. He's still averaging a try every second game, a line break a game and 100m a game. Thats better then "scrub" level.

Gut feel is that the bloke is a massive trap who cashed in against a very poor Manly team and who will subsequently start rolling out sub-20 scores.

Having said that, the bloke could easily play another game or two and drift off into oblivion (given other appear to be favoured for the utility spot), so may not be a big risk anyway.

The NRL FF numbers might be higher, those are from UL.

But the poor guy plays for Souths, you can't expect too much from him.

Thinking (c) Crichton this weekend. Can't trust Cam anymore (as in I'm not convinced he's definitely going to play)

    McInnes (Smith)
    Vaughan, Brown (Taupau)
    Crichton, Gallen, JDB (Surgess)
    Cleary, Pearce (Munster)
    Scott, Hayne
    Tedesco, Dedwards, Walker

Fui Lewi and Joey (the nephews?) on the pine.
Duck Tales was so fucking cool when I was eight.

Crichton captain seems a no-brainer, but you just know that as soon as you do it he will either disrupt his current injury or get rested and play small minutes Mad

Casualty ward has Aitken as indefinite. That probably just means they don't know yet. Sounds like it was like Milfords injury so hopefully a couple of weeks maybe? I'm bringing Dufty in so hope to get a couple of weeks out of him.

I'm pretty much 99% sold on Crichton as captain also. The fear is if Surgess plays and Sutton an 80 minute player, I hope Crichton doesn't become the new Fui and goes off then Surgess moves into second row like previous weeks. If Madge has learnt anything, he surely needs to see that this doesn't work and disrupts the team greatly. Leave your backrowers at 80 minutes keep Surgess at lock and rotate your forwards more often like you were doing in that mid season period, that worked for him and gives less opportunities for the Burgess boys to drop the ball.

Crichton has showed there is no reason to take him off, obvioulsy of course the injury but by the sounds of it, he desperately wants to play the full game for the rest of the year, and I think he's earned that right.
