Anyone want to make any big calls on surprises in team lists to come out tomorrow?

You have a H2H matchup you are trying to win, or just trying to maximise overall position?

What's even more depressing is how slow the next 26 weeks will go while we wait for next season to kick off.
There's always the cricket that I look forward to over summer but it's just not the same without the footy.
Hopefully the fantasy site will open a bit earlier next year to ease the pain. Building my team and pre season team discussions here is the part that I really enjoy about fantasy footy.
Bring on next season!!

You have the better team so no need for a big risk in captaincy.
For your trade, I think try and predict a big scoring back this week.
Roosters against Titans could be a flogging. i'm thinking about bringing in a roosters back and hoping for something big for my last trade.
Parra and Melbourne also more than capable of big wins this weekend too.

I'd try and bring Semi in mate. Without looking at the prices could you go Scott or Aubbs to Semi with DPP Turbo? He could go mental against Souths.

Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 64
Anyone interested in some kind of single-round comp?
Could play like a 3man per game knock out, straight to the next game... or a 'last man standing' pick a player and whoever's player doesn't score 55 plus is out and the others remain to the next game or if the player doesn't finish top 5 or something, you're out.... then pick a player from the next game.
I dunno, just throwing ideas out there at this stage.
Thoughts? Any other kind of one-round comp we could put together before Thursday night? Just help to keep those who are still around and out of the running a bit of fantasy-interest going.

Hope it works out for you mate.
I think he'll be keen to chase the top try scorer prize so could go big.

Let's say I showed good trigger discipline in finally learning to hold a trade until the dying rounds. However when I finally used it because I'd had a gutful of his ribs I essentially just made the trade 6 weeks too late.
Oh well hindsight is always 20/20 but looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.
This is rather disturbing, a la fetal position ?

got smats, mwz, beale or hayne...
got burnt with hayne this week past. not confident he will perform against the roosters.
so its likely smats who comes in. this is provided he doesnt accidently bump his head and knock himself out during the week
