Gotta not get ahead of ourselves, still Sharks (probably) and then Roosters to beat, but I wouldn't be surprised to see us get another shot at Melbourne.

It's a hard comp to win but we're playing some awesome football.

Tommy Turbo doing his best Ben Hunt impersonation. This game is fantastic. Fast and plenty of feeling. Fuck I love finals footy.

504 tonight's match day. If I'd switched DCE to Cleary and made him VC I would have had the perfect team

That was the worst officiated game I have ever seen. Sucks because nothing ever comes of fuck ups in our game. I feel for Manly tonight but well done to the Panthers good luck to them going forward

100% agree. How can that "try" be sent up to the bunker as a definite try. The ball rebounded off a player into another player and the ball went forward hit the ground and the player picks up to score. You'd think with all the doubt the sensible thing to do is sent it up as no try and let the bunker determine if it clearly came off his chest

How can any ref send up a try when they aren't even sure whether it is a try or a no try. They need to scrap the current system where the ref has to give a decision before sending it to the bunker. If they aren't sure then surely it would be best if they could say "I'm not sure whether that is a try or no try. Could you please look at such and such". Forcing the refs to make a decision when they are unsure is absolutely ridiculous, then the bunker is unable to overturn the on field decision due to insufficient evidence and has to award the try due to a 50/50 call made by the ref.

Couple of howlers made last night, players offside when they were in line with the kicker and forward passes called when they were sideways at worst. If I was a Manly fan I would be absolutely spewing.

They used to do exactly that. They changed our because everyone complained.

League fans, on the whole, are little bitches that can't cop even the slightest thing going against what they want.

There is literally nothing that the refs can do that won't result in them being called the worst officials ever within a few weeks of being implemented.

There was nothing wrong with last night's decisions and league fans just need to harden up and accept things

I thought Peachey's try was a lucky fluke try... nonetheless a try.

If they want to prevent this, they'll need to change the rules to include chests, heads, and softcocks in the knock-on ruling

Watching Nate Myles play Intrust Super Cup right now, and he is playing like absolute shit. Unbelievable. SOO to ISC within months.

Yeah Peacheys try was fine. It was a few other calls that were questionable and upon replay where shown to be incorrect. Then again that has become the norm of late and I guess it depends which side of the fence you sit on between who is playing in the game.
