It is actually literally true that an Ewok is a little Wookiee. The original script had Wookiees as the inhabitants of Endor that helped bring the shield down. When that bit was cut from the first movie, Lucas decided he liked Wookiees too much and thus Chewie came in as a character. When Endor came back into consideration for ROTJ, rather than stick with the original plan of having Wookiees there, they put in Ewoks whose name came from the fact that they are half a Wookiee)
Makes more sense to think the original final ground battle was Stormtroopers vs Wookiees, rather than having the Empire's finest being beaten by a bunch if furry little munchkins.
This may all just be an urban myth. But whatever, I've heard it so now it is the truth

Happy Birthday to our resident Taffy, whose homeland has a cheese toasty as it's National dish and instead of calling it a cheese toasty they actually call it a Welsh Rabbit, even though it doesn't contain rabbit, or Welshmen...I know right, go figure!

I am not normally one to lay into fanhub, but I'm just popping in here to have a whinge.
They've taken over running of the foxsports fantasy a-league comp and the bastards are sucking the fun out of it.
They've replaced ranked substitutions with a shitty position based AE system.
Your teams available funds is rounded off, skipping 2 significant digits, meanign you don't actually know how much cash you have left and if you can afford a player or not, without trying to make the trade and seeing if it allows it or not.
At least their NRL version has a decent stats page - the A-league site is making it very hard to actually see what sort of stats people got in an individual game
And they have changed the price change system to be more like the NRL one, which I guess some people will like but I find annoying. Players prices are now a lot more volatile, and you keep full profits on a sale. I preferred the old method, I don't like the excessive focus on cash building.

You cant beat the English fantasy price change system, the more a player is transferred in the more their price goes up, transferred out the price goes down. Doesnt matter what they score.
