When Todd Carney first made his league comeback for the Roosters back in 2010, he was added in the game cheap. Not as low as base price, but well below gun price. After that they changed the pricing mechanism for players coming from England so you hardly ever got them cheap any more

I believe it was Liam Fulton. 3 legit keepers for close to base price
