Re: NRL Fantasy 2018 thread part 36
When I pick my ctrs I judge them as a combo points wise not individually. As long as both average 30 then that's all I expect e.g one ctr scores 40 & the other scores 20. The 1 gun & 1 cheapie will do fine.

Re: NRL Fantasy 2018 thread part 36
Looking at Aubusson's numbers & mostly due to his cheap price I think I will be selling Kennar to Aubusson after lock out. All I want from Aubusson is 25-30 points & he's basically scoring that in base stats so any extra attacking stats over his base is just a bonus.
Also Cogger looked pretty good last night & gets stuck in so selling Doueihi to Cogger might be my other trade.

Was looking at Aubo too @ WL for my kennar replacement. Cogger for Havili is on the cards as well and then sit on trades unless something major injury wise happens to my team

I'm also thinking Gos -> Aubbs and Kennar -> Cogger/Manly hooker and banking the cash. Sucks about Gos, he didn't make much money at all and probably would have played 13

I've done Havili>Rein and looking at doing Rochow>Sorenson both in scoring 17.
With Kennar and Gosi out as well as Katoa still do I go without one or either trades or just pull the trigger? I've saved 3 trades so far
Par score this week I think 650 with Arrow Thompson Rein Soro left if make trades

Yeah insufficient evidence apparently. The only excuse I could really think of is that he may have been trying to pull Buhrer’s head gear off.

Pretty hard for there to be a charge without a complaint from buhrer. Always going to be difficult to prove on video alone.

I'd pull the trigger & buy Rein & Sorenson. Deal with injuries next week.

On sc addicts one poster said DCE & Buhrer are best mates. Apparently after the game on the field both were talking & laughing together.

13-15, plus he'll probably fill in for Cordner in round 13 anyway. I've come to my senses on 4 different occasions this year about trading Aubbs in so I probably wont end up doing it. I haven't owned him in 5 years of fantasy though so I feel like I'm missing out a bit

Barrett was really foolish blowing up the Hastings situation and saying he wouldnt play first grade, when he was already down on troops. Teams drop players every week, without painting themselves into a corner on what they can do in future weeks by making it a big public mess.

Re: NRL Fantasy 2018 thread part 36
I would be somewhat interested in Aubbs if I hadn't already started with him this year and been burned already. The risk of getting bitten twice in a season is just too great- I would feel really, really silly for bringing him in, rather than just regular silly if it was my first ride.
But if you have yet to be spurned by Aubbs this year, then I would definitely recommend the experience. Nothing compares to that delicious first betrayal of the season. It is a trade-in which starts with so much promise, building you up to dizzying heights only to dash your hopes so expertly, leaving you a broken man filled with an intriguing paradoxical blend of emptiness and shame. No fantasy season is truly complete without braving the rollercoaster of emotion which comes with picking up Aubbs
10/10, would be fucked over by again
(but maybe next season for me)

I do something similar. This week Inglis and Mitchell give me 70. Not great but not bad for the position.
