I guess we'll find out at 5pm what Bennett has planned.

How's your team shaping up this week Rabs? With having so many round 12 players, I guess you'll be double trading the next few weeks to get rd 16 players in?

A few outs and some average replacements, with Garrick for Ponga (3 meaties.?) and Deardon for a Reyno (whilst also running Milf). Not ideal. I’ll wait a week on Reyno. I’ve got 5 x R16 players atm, but should be able to get that up to 10+ by trading a few spuds/cows. Only one trade this week, so far.

Waiting on Rein/Peats news before punting him to McInnes/Smith this week or next. This is going to be a tough week for many. I actually hope Cook is rested and Brittain plays. I’d love that Laughing

Tony Webeck from NRL.COM just tweeted that no Broncos origin players are training today, but they are all expected to play on Sunday (except Ofa of course)

    21. Mason Lino, 2. Edrick Lee, 3. Hymel Hunt, 4. Jesse Ramien, 5. Shaun Kenny-Dowall, 6. Kurt Mann, 7. Mitchell Pearce, 8. David Klemmer, 9. Connor Watson, 10. Daniel Saifiti, 11. Lachlan Fitzgibbon, 12. Mitch Barnett, 13. Tim Glasby. Interchange: 14. Jamie Buhrer, 15. Herman Ese'ese, 16. James Gavet, 17. Sione Mata'utia, 19. Pasami Saulo, 20. Tautau Moga

This is the team on the Knights website. Captains Run photos also had Moga training at CTR/Wing. Also do they purposefully not include Klemmer in the photos? Barnett also practising kicking (was noted on here yesterday). Surely the whole Lino at FB is just laziness right?

I think they said Mann is playign FB?

Klemmer wouldn't train the day after playing origin.

To be fair, the same thing happened last year and he was back.

People have said it already, but it's the way he posts that causes trouble. He posts with quite an arrogant tone, he typically doesn't entertain others ideas, not publicly anyway, he believes his way is the best way, and there is a distinct lack of humility. To top this off, he starts the season all guns blazing and then two years in a row, when things dont work out for him he disappears. Taking all this into account, it's not surprising he has rubbed people up the wrong way to the extent that many are rooting against him and are celebrating him flop. That's human nature.

IMO it's a bit of a shame. Personalities aside, he pushes the fantasy boundaries, does have a few good ideas, and has made some great calls, among the not so great ones. I'll point out, he was one of the first to really appreciate Booze's strategical approach this year and Booze is going great guns with quite a unique approach to start the year off.

I personally hope he is back next year, but that he takes some of the feedback as constructive criticism, and changes his ways a bit.

    Just my 2c.

    Well said

Lomax v Dogs (at CTR Sad ) or Garrick on wing v Cowboys

Garrick v Tuala and Lomax v Montoya (I think) and inside Pearson???

Would Garrick keep GK if DCE plays, and would Lomax gain GK if Hunt plays (Field not in starting team with Norman back)

I should be right for halves despite no cover (Cleary and Moses) but WFB is doing my head in.

My cover (Kahu) is out and with Ponga out I need to trade a WFB in. RTS the obvious choice but I really want to have one more look with him and the new halves combo and hopefully a price reduction. Ideally a cheap round 16 player but nothing stands out. To'o seems the other choice, hope he makes 150k in three weeks before a round 16 cash out. Hmmm.

Nathan Peats has been cleared to return from a pectoral injury and could find himself in the forwards for Jai Arrow if the Maroons lock is unable to back up. Titans coach Garth Brennan is willing to stick with incumbent rake Mitch Rein but confirmed he'll find a spot for Peats in the side.
