"A desperate Dragons will back up their entire State of Origin contingent for the Queen's Birthday clash against the Bulldogs, but Paul McGregor will still find a spot in his 17 for livewire utility Jai Field."

Sounds like Robson would drop off if Field is on the bench.

EDIT: Dragons website actually has robson outside the 17. Apologies if this has already been mentioned.

Annoying that we don't have this holiday today in QLD. Will be at work at kickoff.

830 with Lomax to come for me. Managed to avoid most of the carnage but I still coped Arey, Crichton, Ponga out with Dearden meant to be my Arey replacement...

If JFH is stays at prop he is a pretty urgent sell. Their win last week was a lot more dynamic than last nights win. Martin on an edge was a livewire! He should replace Frankenstein the spud with JFH locking down the middle and Tamou and RCG up front then have a bench of Egan, Leota, Sele, Katoa(playing middle because he is actually alright there). That pack/bench looks way better.

I had planned to keep JFH as a final 17 bench player with his 50+ scores at lock. I might give him an extra week to redeem himself but with Martin providing some good cow scores my trades next week are narrowed down to Tolman, CNK, Arey, JFH.

He was looking like a possible keeper playing at lock with high tackles last week but he gets crucified for MT. I'll be looking at moving him on for Matterson

Yeah I own JFH & if he continues to play prop I'll sell but if he plays lock I'll keep. The problem is Ivan Cleary though who seems to mix it up his forward pack every week. On reflection I might sell JFH regardless due to his missed tackle rate. Without missed tackles he scores 50 every week but it's his style to get up quickly & put on a big hit which leads to the missed tackle if he bounces off which is usually the case.

What is everyone's thoughts of DWZ at the dogs? Could be an RTS type player their?

*Please note I am not thinking of trading him in

Where would he line up - FB or CTR

Surely Dogs have enough problems in outside backs to drop Meaney for DWZ, they need to replace one of Montoya/Crichton

imo DWZ is so over rated it's ridiculous. The only thing he's got going for him is speed which isn't top echelon speed but rather just above average speed & the rest of his game skills are below average. It's a no for me plus the Bulldogs don't play round 16. I think you only bring in a non round 16 player if he is a gun like Bateman not a below average player like DWZ.

JFH was meant to be my great POD for the ride home but if he stays at prop he gets less runs and sees less tackles. His MT's weren't actually that bad compared to other games. It's just less minutes, less runs, less tackles. Might have to look at Rymat/KBrom/SST/Twal who are all R16 players and POD Keepers. Would be good if RyPap gets the 1 jersey as the money I would save on him over RTS can be used to upgrade JFH to Rymat

Yeah I am along the same thoughts. Has that TB ability and his scores might increase from the sheer fact if he plays FB he will get more kick return metres although he shouldve been getting his fair share at Panthers.

Wish lockout was already lifted so I could make my trades and feel better about myself. I mean I managed to have Dearden in my EMG (I thought Mann's 31 wasn't going to be enough), managed to move the C from Cook to Fifi. CNK, JFH, Murray are all underwhelming and I also managed to sell Rein instead of Tolman (Still may be wrong idea). 794 with Tolman and McInnes left. Surely 900+ isn't asking for too much from these two?

I think you'll score 900 easily. McInnes will score 55+ & Tolman will score 45+

Seebs has some selection issues this week. McCullough, Turpin, Segeyaro, Sean O'Sullivan plus someone said Seebs said Turpin will be number 9 next week.

Here's hoping. That would make my last 4 game average 966.5 (not including R12) and up about 1200+ ranks at 507 currently. Hoping I can crack inside the top 500 after todays game.

Hopefully I can scrape 850 with my remaining 3 players

711 with McInnes, Tolman and Lomax remaining

60 from McInnes, 50 from Tolman and 25 from Lomax would put me at 846, so that's a decent enough score based off the amount of below 40 scores in my team

Great weather, 0% precipitation and 50% humidity so will be a nice dry game of footy and a fast track. Could see some open footy. Hoping for a tight contest for the likes of McInnes and Tolman. Bulldogs might even get the cherries here today.

I think Fifita would be better off starting at lock so TPJ can come off the bench. I think he is much better as a 40 minutes bench middle.
