There's not a hell of a lot of diffference between 8 and 13.and Frizz can always do the prop trampling stuff.

Definitely could hold Havili with that BE. I will trade because with Fifita out suspended will have to play Havili if I hold and being on the bench again with Hodgson back i'd only hold if didn't have to play him.

I will hold Hav for 1 more round if McInnes doesn't suit up because I can use Robson in the scoring 17. He probably goes for me if Hodgson is back though and CM9 plays

He was 18th man for game 1, Blues have 2 injuries to the forwards and 1 is dropped and he still isn't picked. Why even bother having an 18th man? That being said though, your point is 100% correct and making me hold off getting him in my team.

Really hoping for a late season cash cow to come along like last year with L Lewis and Fainu

Quick calculations for my final team have me about 50k short of TTurbo + Jurbo post Origin (so could easily afford DCE + Jurbo or TTurbo + alternative player like Twal) but my only player that's playing at the moment on EMG would be Carrigan who would probably lose spot once Ofa returns (because my cash generation & coverage has been stunted by Lomax/Dearden/Xerri injuries   )

Edit: actually forgot that I'm planning to get SJ in R16 so having him as 18th man should suffice (would be left without WFB cover assuming non-playing cashouts so could move Ponga to interchange to solve this and loop week to week with SST/SJ)

If you're reading, generally just disregard this post, just documenting rough plans

How many trades are people looking at post-16? I have nine now but will have five, which is skinny, particularly when I want two of those to bring in Cook & DCE...

Got 9 after doing CNK to RTS for this round, aim to use 3 in R16, so looking at 6 trades for run home to get TTurbo/DCE + Jurbo/2RF

Same here I finish top 20 on that one most years. Last year came 12th and 2017 I managed to win the whole thing. I remember riding home the Turbo brothers in the last round and they went nuts last game of that year and got me home. 2017 on Fantasy was my best year coming around 40th.

11 trades after CNK to RTS. Use 3 in R16, so will be down to 8 trades.

Probably only 4. I am a trade-aholic   and pray for luck with not many injuries. Some years it works, some years it doesn't. I try to get the best team I can as soon as possible and do make sure I have plenty of duels to cover injuries but.

I'll be holding at least 3 of those 4 but as long as I can after the byes before using them. So they will be season ending injury only trades pretty much.

If Fifi is taking a few rounds off, will really need Burns to be named so I can move Nikora/Bateman up into 2RF and shunt Twal/Taupau into FRF


Hopefully I don't have to pray Hodgo doesn't return so Havili doesn't have to be playing on scoring interchange with low minutes, also have Robson potentially as an option

Fifita's judiciary hearing is 6pm Tuesday night.

He's plead guilty, but contesting the grade. If downgraded, he will be free to play for Tonga. Seems the early reports that he'd be out for Tonga even if successful were wrong.
