I don't have the trades, and have other problems to fix myself! I ditched Lomax and jump on Staggs after I heard he's injured last weekend.

I have CNK and Arrow chopped for next week. Young and Havilii the following. Hopefully Dearden isn't far off at that stage and be my 19th man for the run home.

Dearden was looking at a lengthy layoff correct?
Broncos don't have a return date in their injury report, listed as indefinite

Yes but less risky I think because only injury would do it for Milford imo whereas Matterson may get there on form (or injury) especially if they lose game 2.

It's really only one extra trade though if you can work it.

For example I was thinking of something like Watson to Brown post origin. Now I'm thinking Fifita to Milford, Watson to Fifita = one extra trade using Watson as a middle man and substituting Brown for Milford who should score similar and plays an extra round.

You can bet that Fifita will score 75 in round 17 too, so if you trade him out, youd want to be ready to grab him straight away (amongst juggling other round 17 trade ins)

Y'all worry too much about possible Origin selection.

Milf and Matterson are top flight POD's. Maybe they'll play, maybe they won't but they're still worthwhile buys averaging 50+

I don't think I have the luxury of trading Fifita out and in. I have enough cover there for two games. Will hold and hope a cow comes up for CNK/Martin/Dearden before R16.

Carrying AFB for cover (plus Carrigan) but if both are out might consider upgrading Mahoney to Taupau and upgrading AFB to Jtrbo after origin (or mcinnes before origin)

Cleared the decks before lockout last week (Lomax & Dearden out) to leave me with $375k bank and 10 trades

Depending on whether he's rested or not, my round 17 or 18 trades pencilled in are Watson -> Fifita and Xerri -> Cook. Hopefully I don't run out of money. Cool

It's hard not to think about trades but it's really not worth it until after the weekend. Anything can happen. TLT can't come quick enough!

Already have Cook (didn't trade out for Origin - looking like a meh and possibly average decision) - only really need Fifita (think I'm locking in Milford trade excluding any major international injuries), R16 2RF to likely be 18th man (SST) and another 2RF/bench player after Origin (Jurbo if I can afford, Twal probably if not)

Not too sure if the Watson back to Fifita will work in R17 if Tedesco and Ponga are rested but will try to do it if not needed for WFB cover (does Tedesco get rested again given he's already been rested Mad )

Holding both....once you get below ten trades the 'out' usually works fine, the 'in' not so much

Yeah that's a good point but assuming Watson is still in the run on team it hopefully shouldn't be the end of the world if you had to delay that trade one more week. But surely they don't rest Teddy again?
